One of the most impressive things you can do in Dubai. Even if the ride lasts just under one minute it is worth every Dirham you pay. Staff is super helpful and incredible friendly. The experience you will have, is absolute great. Spectacular views included....and you will fly like Superman. One of my absolute favorites in Dubai. And the videos provided for free afterwards are highly professional and absolute stunning. The folks at XLine Dubai did a great job - big thanks for that!!!The tour is a must do.

For a mind blowing experience, heres your go to place. The thrill begins when you make up your mind to be thrown off a 42 storey building. Relax, the staffs are very supportive and theyll tell you that its possible even when the fear in you kicks in 🤣. For my adrenaline junkies this is it for you. I enjoyed every bit of the experience . I even wanted more when I got to the base, it moves fast and I loved it.One activity checked from my bucket list.

Its not as fearful as you expects it to be before your first time. Emotions are great and city view catches your breath.Staff will make a few photos when you reach the top of the building. Then they will make a quick interview and place GoPro on your helmet. Your interview, photos and video of your descent will be sent to your email.This is wonderful experience, which you can feel again when you watching GoPro video. OUT OF CONTROL!!! Let’s just start with saying that I was petrified! I thought that it would be fast and my asthmatic tail wouldn’t be able to breath! Not the case. It was so smooth. So we ordered our tickets online. You arrive at the starting point and a guide takes you to a van that will bring you to the building. There are lockers for you to leave your belongings and they are free. BRING YOUR PHONE I’m stressing that because I didn’t know you could bring it. There is also water when you get to the roof top! Once you get to the building you will elevator to the top floor. There’s music and the view is insane. It’s a whole vibe! Don’t be scared I promise it is the most beautiful thing you will ever do. I wished I knew so I could’ve enjoyed the pregame more. Staff is great and the safety harnesses are put in place. Then you’re off! You expect it to be like a roller coaster but it’s not. It’s literally smooth sailing! The price is definitely fair because your video footage is included in that and you want to capture this moment! I cannot wait to come again!

Wonderful! So glad I did this. You go to their booth on the lower floor of the Marina Mall, near H&M. Takesonly a minute to read/fill out the form, hand your ticket & passport over. There are included lockers for handbags, phones etc. You cannot take any loose items with you.The crew are totally professional, putting you at ease, creating a relaxing start. Clear instructions are given. You are transported to the residential building, take the lift, then you are kitted out. Tge harness is comfortable. The launch area is not so scary either. You rest on the big cushion whilst the kit is checked. You do not dangle over the edge, so it really is comfortable. Countdown, the off you zip. It is smooth. Smile for your video. Enjoy the view.Plenty of photos and your memorable video, with your own before & after interview, are presented to each guest via e mail the next day, included in cost.I felt safe and secure, the view was amazing, I would like to go again.Thank you X Line crew.

If you dont feel like driving or taking a taxi, the Metro stop is close to the mall. I had a great experience from check-in to check out. The views are breathtaking, and the zipline definitely lasts for a good amount of time. I highly recommend Xline Dubai.

Book in advance. Get there well in time. You will get a locker to keep your belongings. I had a big suitcase, they were kind enough to store it in their check-in booth. They drive you from Marina Mall to a residential building in a van. The zip line begins at the roof of this residential building. It looks quite scary before they call your name. You may have your moment of back out when youre hanging out there ready to take off ! Remain calm and you will start to enjoy it within 2 seconds of take off. In less than a minute you will be back to Marina Mall where you checked in.

The service was great. Everyone working here was on top of it and very friendly.The experience is a matter of perspective. I have a skydiving license, bungee jumped a few times in New Zealand, and zipped lined through Costa Rica. So for me this was pleasant and scenic. Not scary in anyway. On top of that your hooked up very securely.My friend was scared and she loved it at the same time. The zip line itself is pretty quick Nd they email photos and videos later.I just went to one of the outdoor cafes after for breakfast and watched a few others zip line down.

I was really excited about this one.My partner and I paid for tickets online and it cost about 120AED for the both of us to do this.Kindly note that the price includes pictures and videos of the zip lineThey have a booth in the Dubai Marina mall.. and this is where our tickets where checked.We did out weigh in( note also that if you weigh over 100kg you will not be allowed to do this and it is written explicitly on their payment page).After this, they collected our I.d and proceeded to give us a safety talk.We were then taken outside where we took a bus to the building of the zip line.. ride lasted about 10mins.We went up and then when it’s time for your zip line, you’d be given helmets with the go pro max camera to help capture your zip line.There will be a little interview for your video and then it’s go time.The zip line itself is breath taking. It was a short ride but will feel longer.It got my eyes watery but was the best experience ever..I will certainly encourage everyone to try this..After the zip line there is also someone who will do another short interview right after the ride..All pictures and videos were sent to me same day of the adventure..If you are undecided about doing this... this is me saying GO FOR THIS!!! #YOLO

It’s normal to be nervous 💐 but beyond that, it’s absolutely a beautiful experience. Panoramic view of Marina and the Beach is an absolute Bonus. The moment you are tied with harness, you feel safe, connected and ready to rock and roll. It’s gonna take less than a minute though for the experience, but that’s gonna stay with you forever. ✌️😊

Staff at the top were very professional (compare this to what you’ll get from an adventure company in NZ). We appreciated that video and photos were complimentary in the ticket price, though of course the video is a bit cheesy. Overall, recommend!

Excellent experience. Decent value-for-money.At approx. US $180 for a 40-second ride, this is not something most of us will do every weekend. But it is definitely something to experience at least once!The staff are very professional and the entire experience is scripted and managed down to the detail. It is obvious that safety is a priority for the XLine team, and no detail in that regard is left unmanaged.On weekends and during peak seasons youll want to book a day or two in advance because the time slots fill up quickly. During the week, particularly during low season it is possible to just walk up to the XLine kiosk in the mall and reserve your time on the spot.There is a locker at the kiosk in the mall where you leave everything but your mobile phone and you get it all back when you return the helmet with a GoPro attached that they issue to you for the ride.The cost of your ride includes a T-shirt, cap, along with a video and several still photographs of yourself doing the ride (emailed to you a day or two after). The video is a mix of actual footage of you (there is a GoPro mounted to your helmet while you do the ride) and stock footage, with some background music. Its a bit cheesy.My biggest complaints are that a) you *have* to use XLines own GoPro, mounted on the helmet, pointed back at you, and b) you have no option but to have the video that they produce. I would happily pay another $10 or so to be able to mount a second camera on my wrist. They should make a second camera an option, as well as the option to use your own GoPro in their mount. They should offer the option to receive the unedited camera footage in place of, or in addition to their (cheesy) produced video.Dear XLine: Ill add one star to my review for each of the following:1) Offer the option to add a second camera. (I suggest on a wrist mount. Otherwise facing forward or down via a body mount or second helmet mount)2) Offer the option to receive raw, unedited video in place of or in addition to the video that you produce.**If you are used to GoPro**: The workaround is that as of this writing theyre using GoPro Hero 7 Black cameras in a standard GoPro mount. After you end the ride, before you return your helmet, you can simply sync the XLina GoPro with your own phone (if you have the GoPro app) and download your raw footage. Or, if you have a friend waiting for you with a computer, just pop the camera out of the mount, take out the micro SD card and physically download the file(s) to your computer before you return the helmet and camera.

They had a fly and mosquito problem where you embark. We got bitten the hell out of. They provided some spray which attracted even more insects. I really dont expect this from what is considered a premium Dubai experience. When I complained, the manager was not even available, no discount offered or refund as compensation... I am yet to be contacted by them. Ruined the experience.

Going on an adventure usually is a bit nerve wracking, even for the thrill seekers. After going sky diving, i honeslty didnt think that anything would phase me but this was different. From the minute we got to the mall, the staff was very friendly and helped us relax. After which, we went in a bus to the building where we were supposed to do the X Line. It was one of the most thrill seeking things which everyone should try. They have professionals waiting for you at the top who make sure you are secured and take safety very seriously. I recommend everyone to atleast do it once in their lives. It was short and sweet but absolutely worth it.

Its like one thing to be on everyones bucket list as thrilling it seems the more thrilling it is. Once in your life its a must try. Completely safe with all protection for everyone and they give pick and drop from Dubai Marina Mall as well. Some people do change their minds at last moment and thats perfectly fine as well coz nobodys pushing you by force to do it, even a police office is standing nearby on the roof top and asks for your approval if youre OK to do it thats awesome.

Had an amazing experience at xline as it was a birthday gift from my family. Great location to enjoy the view while flying over the marina walk, yachts and the bridge.

A fool and his money. $170+ single / $300+ double for a one minute ride on a cable when I can spend a night at the Burj Khalifa for $313.1 Minute on a cable vs 20 hours at a first class hotel.

Longest X Line Dubai is fantastic attraction in Dubai. It is longest and may be fastest in the world. All arrangements are well rajen care. You book your ticket online, arrive at the location and a very courteous team will take care of the rest. They will take you to the nearby high building and prepare you to start the activity. People accompany can stay back and watch the whole thing from the terrace where they will reach back. Great expe.

Nice but a bit expensive for 1 minute flight. Very smooth flight. I think will be ok for old people or teens as well

I have been on several zip lines; Whistler Canada across mountains, Naiagra Falls Canada, Austin, Texas to name a few. X line Said I weighed approximately 20 lbs more than I normally do as well as the rest of my family. Problem is this discrepancy made me not eligible to Zip line. X line rep admitted they do not calibrate their scales;. Nor does Xline have a policy or procedure in place to understand load applied according to site rep; a critical piece information for understanding what is load is applied to the line. Company would not refund my money either. I feel the right thing to do after Xline rep admitting the flaw in their system as l believe their scales were not accurate and they could not prove the accuracy would be at least to refund my money. Poor customer service. Would not recommend.

Awful organisation, and members of staff were extremely rude...Did not make me feel safe at any point on the experience, would not recommend to anyone for the extortionate price they charge!
