They offered me AED 17k for coolsculpting 6 replicators for 1 hour ...NO guarantee resultsI went to another clinic also in abu dhabi they check my body fat level measurement they said its 15% which is the highest of normal they offered procedure of 10 sessions for body shaping including coolsculpting for AED 1200...WHICH AMAZING OFFERimagine AED17000 ..for 1 hour session ..excuse me i can travel and turkey and book 5 star holtel includes 6packs abs surgery and it wont cost this much ....guys its your call

I have done 4 chemical peeling and 2 meso session in Rak Khuzam branch. The service was very good especially the Philippine staff who attended me really made me feel very good and comfortable during the sessions done by her. I was not happy during 2nd peeling session where I did not have peeling at all and I went to show them about it, but they didn’t support me in this regards, they could have offered me another free session to compensate to keep the customers loyalty. At the end we need result and satisfaction. Another thing I bought Azelac Mosturising Cream worth of 470Aed . I checked in online and it is just 128 AED without promotional price. It is a way way higher price that you all have charged me. I was shocked to see the difference in price. We understand it might be little bit difference but that much is not realistic. I hope you all will take note of it. The picture of cream price is attached so kindly have a look.

I got the Diamond Micro Dermabrasion facial treatment done from Silkor a few days back. The staff was very courteous and helpful. My therapist did an exceptionally good job. Throughout the treatment, she made me feel comfortable and kept on asking me if I was fine with the suction pressure. I didnt get any redness after the treatment, thanks to the skin calming mask she used after the suction. The facial massage after the treatment was very relaxing and best for Lymphatic drainage. The service I received yesterday at the Downtown branch was absolutely horrific. I went in for a laser treatment touch up and THEY BURNT THE SIDE OF MY LIPS. Besides the fact that they were late in attending to me, they put me in the hands on an inexperienced technician who BROKE DHA RULES and didnt give me goggles to wear during the laser hair removal of my upper lip. If I didnt ask, I would surely be blinded today. I also told her the treatment was too painful and she just told me she increased the intensity a little bit. She did not heed my words and now I am traumatised for my first laser experience. NEVER AGAIN. I have called and whatsapped the clinic, but no answer and have requested a refund but no response. RUN FAR AWAY. I will be placing a complaint with governmental authorities.

Visited the Khalifa City Branch today in Abu Dhabi. The whole experience was fantastic from start to finish. The staff were friendly and explained the process clearly. I then got sent for a patch test, I was so comfortable I decided to start my first treatment. Looking forward to the results and will share them later also.

Once you pay full amount for your package , it will be very hard to book your appointments and even if you manage to book , they will cancel or postpone it at the last minute... not professional and not recommended...very bad experience
