Completely unprofessional. I have asked for a quotation and been promised that I will receive it within 30 minutes... I ended up calling many days in a raw, just to get as an answer just wait mam, our colleague will contact you with the quotation. Eventually, I called again and been told that the girl is on leave for the day and the person who answered was sarcastically laughing. I believe if you cant offer a service, at least say it so whoever contacts you, wont merely lose time.
