Iam an user of their business one software. Their Business one software is horrible. Some of the basic functions doesnt even work. Their service is also horrible inspite of repeated request to clear the issues nothing has been done so far. Most of the reviews put here seems to be fake usually put by their own employees.

The most horrible software ever to use. The most poor customer services. You ever get any problem with software and they will visit you like after weeks after calling them like hundred of times. Its been 16 days since VAT is introduced in UAE but due to their horrible and poor service we still cannot make any VAT bill. If anyone wants to have a whole new era of problems then go for this software.If there could be any negative star review, i would have loved to give it that but unfortunately there is 1 star but for me that 1 star is like minus 100. just HORRIBLE.
