Worst travel agency and Agent Shamshuddin is the worst, almost a year they are not giving refund for ticket in covid situation, also they dont reply or repond to any messges... I m regretting to booked my ticket with this travel agency.

100% SCAM Website. Dont deal to this agency online (through internet). Perhaps this agency is existing and they just dont have a website. The website they used here is the scammers website. Be careful, better to go to this place physically and never contact or talk to the numbers declared on the website. You can talk to them by the way if you want to hear a voice of a SCAMMER. 100% you will become victim of the scammers if you will transact with them online. Check attached photos.I have a call recording of the scammer thats why I am brave enough to declare that this is 100% SCAM website.
