Was referred to me by my husband. They always bought from this place whenever theres occasion so might as well try this. Perfect for gifts, and brought this to my workplace for iftar. A bit busy around 6pm because its Ramadan. And it looks like its popular because they are good. I bought large size mabromeh for 73 aed and its worth it. Everything loves and enjoy it.

The staff are friendly and their desserts tasted awesome. I tried their twisted mini kunafa bites served piping hot in small a container.. Kinda reminiscent of the compact airplane meals which made me miss travelling more!Anyways, back to the kunafa, crunchy, sweet, creamy, rich and indulgent.. its definitely a must try! 👍👍 They also do home delivery..

They have delicious mabrooma kunafa and other sweets.Bad thing is they close 15-20 mins early then the closing time, staff behave rudely if you’re expat/Asian but excellent with locals.

Very poor customer service and arrogant... We placed an order through direct call and when we followed up after hour and a half the message was I dont have a driver and I dont know when I will have oneIt would have been transparent if we would have been updated in the 1st call and not to keep waiting expecting delivery which wont come.Moreover, I was told if you dont like to wait you can cancel

Ive visited Ibsais two times. The staffs are friendly and the design of the shop is excellent. The place is clean and tidy with plenty of tables. The first time I ordered bain narin konafa. The texture was crispy and well cooked . I didnt like the extreme sweetness because of the syrup which should be optional and to the persons taste. So, in the second time I ordered normal kheshna konafa and asked the waitress not add the sweet syrup along with the konafa because it was too sweet for me the first time, nonetheless I was served with extra syrup!. The presentation of food is average. The prices are reasonable compared to similar places. I recommend if its your first time to try konafa but definitely there is a lot of room for improvement

Tasty sweets, tried all type of konafa and the maamoul options are amazing. Sometimes they are not answering the phone which make the order by phone difficult.

This used to be my favourite kunafa place but since last time i visited, man its the worst. They give us burnt kunafa with bitter taste I did complaned on the spot. And yhe parcel we took home was also no difference... Bye bye Ibsais

We don’t really know much about Arabic sweets, but the staff was really helpful and recommended us a box of sweets. I am not sure what the sweets were called, but it was seriously amazing. The sweets were soft and tasted really fresh. It was very neatly and well presented in the box.

We used to buy Knafa from Ibsais for years. Over the last 1-2 years the quality went so down it was an unpleasant experience to serve it to the guests. The cheese was too salty and the knafa tasted like a biscuit.

We tried it for the first time..and it is awesome...It was my sons birthday and we went to get a cake however on the way we saw this shop and planned to get kunfa...Justice done...2 kgs of kunafa finshed with few minutes.

UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF & TOO SLOW!

An update to the great review below, we are disappointed with the fluctuating level of service from ibsais. We ordered to receive the sweets at 9pm, when I called them at 9.15pm they said that my order was canceled because my phone was unreachable, asked them to re-order and it arrived in 40 minutes (pretty quick) but the mabroomeh and warbat were cold and not as we know them. This is the second time the sweets were not up to standards and unfortunately we will not order again.Love the warbat and khishneh kunafeh. The kunafeh ice cream is a nice touch and has an amazing flavor and texture.

Very bad customer service. always have to talk them through half an hour for them to get you delivery when im literaly next door. and the attitude of the employees is very unpleasant and unwelcoming . i ordered last week at least 5 times from next door (every single time i have to beg for their service) and today another supervisor answers and says its not allowed to order less than 1kg.

Its a very known place for kunafa. It has many customers. I dony know if it is the best, but for sure it tastes very good. I always buy from them whenever i visit someones house and its a nice sweet to bring with you.

Visited the place, the Kanafe was extremely salty, the sirop did not have any orange blossom flavour, the maamoul was under cooked and had a funny taste of cardamom and other spices. Absolutely repulsive!
