The best among vegetarian restaurants in Abu Dhabi.Quality, portion size, service - all satisfying.Sadly, since Covid - their plate/thali looks leaner.
The restaurant was quite busy most of the times, I feel the price is more compared to the taste. But anyways, I liked their chana bhatura with onions and lemon. I even enjoyed their punjabi thali and executive thali although not much off difference.
We went on a weekend. The resturant was quite busy all the time we were there. Sometimes you just had to wait like everyone else. But the food was really worth it. We ordered chana bhatura, samosa, bhajia, aaloo bhaji for main course, and malai kulfi for desert. Chana bhatura was simply delicious and malai kulfi was amazing. We really enjoyed the entire experience and would definately like to go back for some more bhatura💜💜
Nice vegetarian restaurant dosa and Punjab sambusa is available and all kind of sweets
Very poor service, staff in Musaffah shabiya dont attend the call.. Even if they attend, they say they cant deliver within shabiya 10, or they say it will take more than 1 hour for delivery and cut the call abruptly. The restaurant is poorly managed, they dont switch on the ac on this scorching summer, instead they use air cooler which is useless. Its no more the same old chappan bhog.. Hope this is taken care, else they will soon seen the shutters down...
Very bad experience.. will not suggest anyone.,food was jzt oky average service was very bad. staff was acting every rude . Hotel closing time is 11:30 but before 11 when we order they while dinning they said we are closed. Didn’t serve water., we ask for juice they said we don’t have juice…
Authentic North Indian food, especially chaats.... A must try! Good hospitality too!
Not as it used to be, very hot inside the restaurant and food has lost its bite. Not the place where the food used to be top notch. Has skipped the quality mark.
Employees attitudes were very arrogant. Nasty behaviour. Something like racism.
I have Been a regular visitor here but the customer satifaction has gone down drastically …. The waiters are rude and least bothered . The ac has not been working since ages And the management is not at all interested in fixing it. The staff and the customers are sweating …
Pathetic service, stood for 15 minutes and no waiter bothered to acknowledge plus ac was out on weekend not sure how municipality is allowing toOperate like this. Quality of food is disaster. if the folks are giving 5 star to this kind of food that means these people have no idea what food must taste like and they have zero knowledge about cooking 😂🤣
Master taste 😋🥰😍😘 sweet memories in 56 Bhog thanks for serving real taste to all food desirable community 👍😍
Worst Restaurant in musaffah shabia, after waiting 10min and ask for menu. They told us to wait. (Restaurant was not busy and only few customers were there.)
Havnt had better pani puri in Abu Dhabi 😋
One of the best restaurants in making Indian sweets.. highly recommended
Little pricey. Good food
Quality of food is good.... Good variety of Indian food and snacks available here...
Very Poor customer service and behaviour of staff is very bad towards customers …I waited for more than 5 mint in restaurant to pay cash for order and no body even look at me even I was holding the cash on my hand at front of cash counter…Even that staff attended 2 phone calls in front of me when I was there to pay and given a look
One of the oldest and best Indian sweet and snack place love their chaat and desserts
Awesome and delicious specially Indian sweet dishes and Street food you can get here but little bit expensive from other restaurants but the food quality and service is great. Lovely sitting arrangements awesome customer service, tasty food everything you can get here in Indian dishes. Here i prefer 7 AED per plate pani puri and the special THALi full of delicious dishes 45 AED only. I love to take my dinner at the weekend. Did you try here?
One of the best veg food in uae. Specially punjabi thali and malai kulfi. Taste is A1 class. Price is worth as per the taste. Usually i dont find north indian taste in uae. So i will give 5 star
Good taste for the vegetarian foodbut the portion is less compared to the pricePunjabi thali and veg biryani are good ones
Unfortunately I regret saying the taste of Punjabi thali and pav bhaji was bad.. no taste no flavour at all.. dosa was ok ok ... I had a bad experience. Would not recommend anyone to have dinner or Lunch.. may be break fast is fine
If you are looking for great Indian food, then here it is. Chappan bhog in shabia is the best veg restaurant. They have tasty chaats, pakodas, thali. If you go, will not regret.
Always late in delivery, if you can control your hunger for minimum 1 hr then it is the best place.
Awsome ,do checkout thier malai kulfi
Poor service & poor food, got a bad stomach after having their food, I think the chola they serve was old. Dont recommend
Delicious vegetarian food... variety of sweets to choose from... the best place to go for a yummy dine 🍽
I dont know how and why people rate it anything below a 4. If you want authentic North Indian food its perfect. Try the mini thali at AED 17.5, comes with 2 vegetables that change every day, 3 tandoori rotis (they have an option to change it with rice), papad and onions.
Nashta with pori, channa, alo is tasty and quality food
Very poor reception response on Friday today. Spoken very rudly
Chappan Bhog is an ideal place for those who love vegetarian food. Not very expensive too.
Had Chole Batura and Pani poori. Both were delicious. Bombay falooda was okay.
Authentic Indian street food, served in much hygienic environment compared to India, very courteous and friendly serving team. Social distancing and basic hygiene maintained. Good choice of Ala carte vegetarian food and ready made sweets and savouries. Will visit again.
The food was alright. The freakiest thing was that there were large cockroaches running around. Guys please clean the place. They made good food. And great Jain food that too. You can get chaat, south indian, North Indian and indian desserts. The dosas are superb as are the north Indian dishes. The sweets are just ok.
Chole bhatura, bhel Puri, dosa and rasmalai is must to try
Really very very tasty pani puri 😋😋😋👍
Worst puri bhaji I ever had bcz oil 🛢 was floating on puri and potato as bhaji tasteless
Decent food taste. And reasonable price
But the AC is not working recently and rasmalai gets over by mid noon before evening itself
Authentic North Indian restaurant with excellent service. The quality and taste of food and sweets are awesome.
Food is always very tasty here... But somehow they need to understand that even if they are following covid guidelines they need to ensure the customers also shown. Wearing one glove for preparing chaat is not correct. I had to refrain from ordering chaat
Good food , But billing counter staff need to treat all customers equally. We are also paying money for what we are ordering. They are treating south Indian people very badly. If u ask anything in english they are looking very badly and not serving properly . Then Pls put the board outside south Indian and english speaking people are not allowed. This is the third time I am facing this issue. No manager available in this branch to raise the compliant.Electra branch Staffs are friendly and giving proper responds to all customers.Musaffahah branch staff all are roude if they see south Indian people in the restaurant. I dont know why ?. We are also paying money my friend.
Fast serviceHey, it was a breakfast!Good North Indian menu and we can feel the taste of parthatha like we had back home in India. Better if we can have those with white butter.Very simple poori bhaji is basically fried bread and potato curry was also good.Need to work on the dress up of the waiters I couldnt find them neet though the attitude of the staff was very friendly.
Love their papri chat and dahi puri. Rus malai is also good!
This Chapman Bhov is really 3rd class and served old and spoiled food.
Good if you love to eat veg. Specially the snacks are awesome
Its good. But high price for each dishes. Sweets are very good taste.
They add synthetic colouring agent to bring the colour in KESAR RASMALAI. I saw it with my own eyes.
Not worth for money. I have ordered for kachori chaat
The chat. Pani puri n all r v good n tasty
It is just ok!
Pretty good place I loved it it was very good place I personally recommend it
Developed diahhreah after visit🤨
COVID19 Measures followed strictly.Food quality need improvement
I ordered food twice in smiles application and both the time i received food very late and that too after making complaint. Distance between restaurant and my home is 2 km and they took 1 and half hour to deliver food. Not one time. It happened second time also same as before
Good place for sweet lovers. Nice family environment and hospitality.
Good food at an affordable price
Taste of Mumbai
Awsome sweets they have. Lot of variety and yummy. I love rasmalai, tripthibhog, jilebi and motichur laddu. Loved it.
Masala puri yummy
They must increase the staff to attend the customers. I seen people shouting from every corner of restaurant for their orders/bills/menus etc. and they have nobody to attend. Phone keep ringing but nobody answers the call.
Chana batoora super..mini kulfi,.. delicious
So yummy 😋
Good, authentic indian food at a worthy cost.
Its too costly and food is not tasty.
Selling stale Indian sweets and samosas. Absolutely stale stuff. Their kitchen is in Dubai and looks line delivery only happens in a couple of days. Rajbhog nearby is better bet
Will get the indian sweets there..
Best vegetarian restaurant in Mussafa
Looks grand but taste worse and cleanliness is not there as you can find roaches running around
Best place for Indian sweets and chats
Delicious veg restaurant especially Sambar is next level
Good but u have to wait long nice to try north indian discs
One of their sweets tripathi bogh a must try
There is no immediate response from servers
Traditional Perfect taste.Loved it.
The sweets are very yummy and fresh which is more important.
I heard about this indian restaurant near by in shabiya through one of my indian colleagues and thought to give it a try today and bought some snacks like samosa and bhajia for iftar, found it amazing, on top of all the people who served me they were supergood, they took minutes only for my order,i am very happy for this as i am fond of samosa, will recomend my friends.
Good food..service is little slow
Excellent Indian food and sweets
Best choice for vegetarian Indian taste buds.I tried all possible Indian restaurants with prominent names. But all lacked in taste, quantity, ambience and service.Chhappan Bhog is a winner in all these aspects. It is small but well kept place, ideal for a family time.
Awesome food. Best in vegetarian
