Good gym very neat and clean 👍But sad to informyou have to train your some staffs not all, how to deal with the customers,Members of gymI feel very badI have done my admission and I am going there regularly at the same time even though more than 2 times staffs asking me you did admission give me your contact number will check then we will allow you, hey com on,you guys have implemented finger print access control for security and whats the reason for asking bill and mobile number in front of others its like insulting

Very bad experience with the staff. They require a printed version of receipts for bookings while I dont have a printer. Ive asked them if I can send the receipt by email and they refused because they dont have a printer. Low level service and staff. I dont recommend dealing with them.

I must comment on the swimming trainer; the trainer is so good and taught us basic swimming in just 1 day. Highly recommended for swimming lessons.

It has been long time searching for a gym that is neat and clean, supplied with very advanced gym equipment and finally i found FitnessTime, very pleasant staff and qualified coaches, personal trainer service, the pool is super clean, sauna and jacuzzi are great. You can feel the high-gene in everywhere, they are taking a very good care of cleaning equipment and the cafeteria is proving lovely refreshments, and now during Covid19 they are sanitizing everywhere, i am there for two hours daily and they sanitize two times while i am there👍🏻

All the FECILITY are good especially the pool . But the gym area is very congested and very less space for workouts. The person in reception seat is very good

Poor gym. Small, just few equipments (not even the basics). Very small changing room and just one shower.

At first Im not comfortable because its my first time to attend gym but in my second day its very overwhelming because people there teach you some basics even if they dont know you,they have also group class where you will sweat more.

Relative to all gyms in AD, this gym considered good. But old and not enough equipment for cross-fit area. And many basic and fundamental wight lifting gears/machines are not available.

Very rude behaviour of the staff !!!!!!!!!I went to use the pool with one colleague . We paid the charge for the pool and I asked the reception staff regarding any party celebration hapaning on that day. He informed me that there is nothing that he aware about. I ask the staff around the pool what time are we allowed to use the pool. They informed me untill 10 pm. So we were using the pool thinking that we have enough time to use it. But we noticed that there is some party is arranging. People are gathering and the pool area got crowded. But we continue using the pool because we were not informed by the reception staff regarding it.Around 9 PM one of the Filipino staff (who called himself the incharge) appeared and hand signaling us that we have 5 minute to vacate the pool area. I was surprised and I asked him that I was not informed by any staff about a party. Then he become very violent and telling bad words and behaving violently . He sawed that if we didnt come out and vacate the pool area he is going to make us leave somehow.I heard that he is the person who conducting boxing classes. But still I told him I would like to have few minutes to use the pool. The he told me that I dont care what others says, im the incharge of the gym and the pool . Im telling you to go out from the pool .its my final decision. with acting very violently. At that moment we thought he is going to physically assault us. Then we also got fedup and came out of the pool. Came home with a big disappointment of the staff incharge of the pool that day.I really appreciate if the owner of the gym take nessasary action against the staff who behave poorly infront of us and other customers.

They organise swimming summer camps for young kids.. but jst after enrolling my kid they started serving sheesha in the swimming pool.. it is supposed to be fitness gym and they are serving sheesha in kids swimming pool.. very bad will not recommend it atall...
