Me and my wife spent our 1st wedding anniversary in Anantara. Were super satisfied and we appreciate their hospitality. Every staff greets you, they are approachable. As soon as you enter the hotel, you will be hypnotized by the fragrance, its impressive. The rooms were spacious. We loved the view of the mangroves during the day and the far city at night. I booked a romantic package surprise for my wife and she was very happy. Thanks for Varinder for the beautiful make of our bed everyday. We had a scrumptious romantic dinner in Pachaylen and breakfast in Ingredients. The Fall in Love in Anantara package is highly recommended. Of course, we did not pass up to experience kayaking in the mangroves. It was fun and fulfilling after you finished the activity. Overall, we enjoyed a lot during our stay, the customer service and experience was A+.

This hotel offers luxury facilities, amazing buffet, great service for a very attractive price. Best value for money. View from the window on Mangroves is stunning, bed is supercomfy, food is amazing. I also was very impressed with housekeeping work, room was spotless super clean, everywhere, even balcony and under beds. All requests were attended in less thes 10 min. Turndown service amazingly done. Really enjoyed it. Highly reccomend when of you are in Abu Dhabi.

This hotel is very nice and impecably clean. The food is excelent as well in the main restaurant (Impressions) but somewhat repetitive. The one thing they could improve greatly is the front desk service as the Philipino staff has poor English and has a hard time understanding what is said which creates confusion. Maybe hire more staff from Europe that speak several languages to lead the front desk. I have seen only Philipinos, Indians and Indonesians. Concierge was excellent and much better to deal with. Laundry was way overpriced and I recommend to not do it in the hotel. Gym is modern and very well equiped. Overall I really liked my stay there and would visit again.

If your layover in Abu Dhabi is longer than 4hrs, seize the opportunity to treat yourself to this authentic Turkish/Moroccan bath experience. Call ahead 24 hours prior to arrange for pick up from the airport (it was much more expensive to hire a ride from the airport to Anantara Spa). Great service the moment I stepped out of the car and greeted by the doormen. Expected to be escorted to the 3rd floor where the spa is located. The waterfall entrance was the initial wow when I exited the lift to the reception area. The general manager and front desk team greeted me with a warm, sincere smile were welcoming. Preference is always given to hotel guests, but I was given the same treatment even though I was a walk-in patron. After selecting the spa package I wanted (Traditional Turkish Hammam) I was ushered to a consultation area (prior health concerns/informed consent), then to the mens changing room by my therapist. The changing room provided individual lockers and was VERY well equipped with any toiletry you might need. After draping myself in the robe and shorts they provided, I was escorted to the bathing area. The area where the treatment was provided...stunning. High dome ceiling, marble tile flooring, heated marble surface...words cannot do justice, but the pictures can! I began my session with 5 minutes in the steam room, followed by 5 minutes in the sauna, both to prep my skin and pores for the soak and scrub. You can choose between a private (premium add-on) or semi-private session/soaking with your gender. I elected for the private experience (once in a lifetime splurge!). While lying on the heated marble stone, lots of water was poured over my skin for as much as 5 minutes continuously, then a full body exfoliation with moroccan lava for long time, the doused again, then another full-body exfoliation Turkish coffee/caffeine scrub for an equal amount of time. The therapist will ask your scrubbing tolerance level (mine was quire high!). After the final warm water rinse, the the essential oil infused soap suds were rubbed into my skin. ...Ahhhhhhh....the final shock was being doused with cold water at the end of the 30-40 minutes of scrubbing. That was a horrible, but necessary shock to my nervous system (I assume to close the pores). The therapist was able to converse with me throughout the session, which made it a more memorable and enjoyable.Just a tip - remember to open your eyes and look up when being bathed. The view of the dome ceiling while lying on the hot marble slab.... its to die for.After the treatment, I was ushered into a darkened relaxation lounge , served water, ginger detox tea, a probiotic beverage, nut mix, and Turkish delight treats. Resting 10-30 minutes in the room to cap off my Hamam treatment. I wasnt full resting, but immediately sharing my experience with my family via text!Expect to have all 5 of your senses - sight, touch, smell, taste, hear- intentionally and pleasantly stimulated the moment you walk through their doors , until the time you leave.A memorable experience. If your layover or stay in Abu Dhabi is long enough, then invest your time and money to experience an authentic Turkish or Moroccan bath at Antantara Spa. You will NOT be disappointed!

Nice hotel, Great view on the mangrove Forrest. The hotel is just 1 Minute away from a Little Plaza with Restaurants, a waitrose supermarket and a Starbucks. The staff is very friendly and obliging. Special thanks to a helpful Tiz at the reception and the bellboys Rogers and Jaffray. We traveled with our infant daughter and they helped us make our life easy. Thanks

Absolutely horrible. 4 weeks waiting to hear from a manager to handle our issue and still nothing! No one is helping and no one is managing our concern. Unbelievable!! Seriously this property needs to 1. Be shut down OR bought by a better managed owner!

I tried to book a room this weekend for the listed price of $155 per night and my booking was declined. I asked why and they asked what my nationality was and I informed them I was from the US. They then told me I could book a room at $195. It looks like they charge a 25% premium for expats. Needless to say I booked elsewhere.

I enjoyed a HydroPeptide facial by therapist Mikayla. It was absolutely amazing and I could not believe the improvement in my skin after just one treatment. I am hooked! Thank you.

We stayed in Anantara Mangroves with our family. We booked a room with four beds but there was only the parents bed. Another problem was that we wanted to have a no-smoking room but our room smells like a smoker area. The next thing was that our children weren’t allowed to go in the Lounge with us and the food in the pool area wasn’t very good.

بناءا على التعليقات الايجابية على هذا الفندق قمت بكل حماس بحجز غرفتين من الخميس الى السبت وطلبت ان تكون مطلة على القرم حتى استمتع باجازتي لانني لن اخرج من الفندق. ولكن انصدمنا عند الوصول اعطونا غرفتين تطل على باركنات السيارات والشارع وهذا اسوا امر حصل معي وتحدثنا مع احد المدراء في الفندق واخبرنا انه سيتصل بنا غدا وينقلنا لغرفة مطلة على فيو ولكن لم يحدث ذلك ولم يهتم احد بنا ، الامر الاخر اللوبي والمصاعد رائحتها كريهة جدا بسبب المدخنين رائحة الشيشة الارجيلة تملأ اللوبي. اختنقنا. لا اعلم لماذا يكتب الناس انه فندق عائلي وهو لا يصلح للعوائل ايضا لا يوجد الا كافيه واحد في الفندق بالطابق الثاني ولا يصلح لعائلة لانه مصمم للشرب والخمور اكثر من كونه كافيه ، الامر الثالث الماء في الحمامات ضعيف ، الامر الرابع اعتقد بان غرفتنا مسكونة لان اثناء نومنا تشتغل الاضاءة كاملة بالغرفة علينا ونحن نائمين وانطفا التكييف ونحن نائمين ايضا وعندما ندخل الحمام تنطفأ اضاءة الحمام وكانت ليلة مزعجة لم نهنأ بنومنا ولا الاطلالة ولا الاقامة ولن اعود اليه مرة اخرى ايضا احضروا لنا السيارة وهي حارة ومتسخة من فضلات الطيور بسبب انهم بركنوها تحت الشمس وبدون مظلات رغم توفر المظلات. ولكن من باب ذكر الايجابيات ان افضل مافي هذا الفندق هو طاقم العمل الطيب المتعاون واتساع مساحة الغرف ، وهناك ملاحظة. اليوم الظهر عند خروجنا كانت الموظفة في الاستقبال لا ترتدي الزي الملائم لاحترام مكان العمل بل زي ذهبي للحفلات عاري الكتف والظهر وهذا شي مخالف لكود الزي في اماكن العمل ، اتمنى ان تعملوا على تحسين هذا الفندق وارضاء عملاءكم .
