I booked my appointment for photos on the phone he said 15 AED I went there he clicked my pictures at the time of payment he said 30 AED. I had the worst experience with them they dont value time and they are very unprofessional. I felt really bad

They take really good photos and their editing and other work is very good. But the processing time is really too much. If you are looking to receive your photos immediately please go to some place else.If your looking for customer friendly staffs and fast photos you have come to the wrong place.But if youre really very patient enough you might receive really good photos.

The MOST UNPROFESSIONAL Studio ive come across.Ive been running behind them for my passport size photos for almost a week now. Till now they havent shared it via email. I sent them multiple reminders via call, WhatsApp and Email as well. However did not receive the photos. I even visited the store to remind the person. However he hasnt shared it yet. I needed the photo for an urgent requirement and had to rely on an other studio as they did not share the image.Would never recommend it to anyone.

An IRRESPONSIBLE studio with UNFRIENDLY staff and UNPROFESSIONAL service.My dad had been running behind them for his photos which he required for some urgent work. However they delayed it for almost a week and didnot share the e-copy.He was so tired of running behind them and had to rely on an other nearby studio.We send reminders in whatsapp, called them and even visited their shop and asked to share the same. They kept saying excuses and even lied to my dad saying they had shared. However we didnot receive it from them.I would strongly recommend you to try other better studios in the area.

Quality work and very friendly staffs

From all the studios I visited in ME10, ME11. I found Cloud Digital is good in the aspect of photo frame collections.
