Sloppy service and output. Gave me photos printed on dirty paper and insisted it was the chemicals on the paper. After when I wanted to show another customer to have her opinion, they cleaned the photos behind the curtain with something that sounded like a hairdryer, then gave them back, the dirt was not fully removed. They would have happily sold me prints on dirty paper. They could not take the criticism. I will not go here again.
