Formal park !!! Best place to unwind from the hustle and bustle of the city. Peaceful and with plenty of trees and birds. Kids play area, barbecue pits, cycle track, fountain and a maze to keep us engaged.

Now is the time to go there. Its good for family and kids. Good for running exercise. It has different partition and activities for kids. BBQ points are there as well mostly crowded on weekends.

Quiet & beautiful place to take a walk ❤️

The fact that its not too crowded makes it a perfect place to jog. You get the view of the sunset as a bonus 😜

Well maintained park with ample parking and lush neem trees. For walking you have turfs and workout marked areas around. Always cooler than the surroundings. Clean kids and elders will love the place.

Good place to go for a run or just to spend some time at.There is a good spot at the center for skating etc and you will find many friends and families here playing or spending time..

Such an awesome place to hangout and just chill! Also great for those active with sports as there is a jogging lane and the area is big enough for those who like to play badminton, etc. I’ve also seen families having picnics and the area is huge (formal park, recreation park, lake park are interconnected) so a lot of good spots to choose from. There’s also children’s play area - great place for kids to play and mingle with other kids. I keep coming back to this place whenever I’m stressed at work because the nature just gives me a boost in energy and let’s my mind unwind and rest.

The park location is very nice. There are plenty of spaces to seat and enjoy with the families. A number of kids activities are there which must make your kids fun.... Its public park. Barbecue is not allowed.

In Abudhabi, such parks in Citi are nothing but like Oasis in deserts. Government bodies are so caring for public good, they have created such very nice green spots in the city with many beautiful high rise buildings!This park is parallel to the Cornice overlooking the back water of Gulf sea. Full of greenery n natural environment added with walking track, exercise points, relaxing areas, fountains n chirping noise of birds, make one full of joy n energy. One forgets all stress n worry!

A marvelous place...on the Corniche...overlooking the beach...show movement and boating cruising crew...at the rear...the magnificent Marina and the Skyscrapers dotting AbuDhabis Central Business District

There are few areas where walking people including kids or elderly can fall easily in narrow water canals (with no covers, or proper lighting) causing injury.

Wonderful place for morning walk and an evening stroll. Very much conveniently located. There is a parking nearby. Widely spread, very well maintained,clean and tastefully designed. Theres a small amphitheatre, a courtyard, multiple boulevards with benches. There are public restroom, drinking water facilities. Its an amazing place for a get together, can do barbecue here

Good and calm place near Corniche. Has jogging track and place for other games. You can easily find parking near the park. There are few barbecue places which gets crowded. Highly recommend if you want to spend time with your family/friends or if you are trying to get fit.

This place was awesome to spend time with family and friends. Also playground for children and some items for entertainments.

Technically there are a few parks along the impressive eight kilometre stretch of land that makes up the Abu Dhabi Corniche. While the free beach and well-worn cycle paths attract tens of thousands of visitors each month, we’re always surprised by how few people step into the parks along the route. Each has a distinct character and differing attractions and we love the idea of a “park crawl”, popping to each to see what is happening. At Formal Park, in front of Le Royal Méridien Abu Dhabi, has a maze and exercise stations and is much more fun than its staid title suggests. Or there is Lake Park and its, well you can guess the key attraction here. Seek out the 15m fountain and quaint wooden bridge for photo opportunities. Lastly, Family Park is probably our favourite thanks to the BMX track, farmspace, theatre and bike hire.
