I joined their Bateen branch upon recommendation from my colleague and i found their online classes very beneficial for my son whos never been to a nursery before but now he learnt a lot of new things and made some friends too. The teacher is amazing and has a very interesting way of teaching and getting their attention on the screen. I plan to continue with their online classes until nurseries open!

I wrote to this institution last Wednesday inquiring admission for my daughter. To this date I have not received a reply. Pathetic customer service and not professional.

As a parent you want to be assured that your child is in good hands. The teachers and staff at BON gave me such assurance that I dont worry about how my child will adapt to this new beginning. I am truly happy for the choice I have taken to send my kid to British Orchard Nursery

We had a really bad experience with this nursery. Our kids joined the nursery since around 1 year. During the first term everything was fine, we had normal concerns and they fixed it up. They tried to do their best. When our kids got used to the nursery, here the problems started. No resposilbility, careless, dirty bathrooms ( my kid wanted to use the bathroom when i picked him up, it was terrible) ,viruses every now and then. Last virus, they were sick for 1 week high temperature and vomiting. Terrible customer service, if we need something from the nursery regarding our kids, we always had a reply as if we are putting the kids in the nursery for free. For us, it was the worst experience ever. We really dont have a minimum trust in this nursery anymore especially when we hear the aggressive replies from their side. If you talk to the parents in this way, then how you treat little kids in the absence of the parents.

Great nursery, children have so much to do. Activities are amazing!!! Parent envovment is great.

British Orchard Nursery is an amazing childcare provider. If there are 10 stars I will give them.

Zero star would be my rating if available.most of the year and despite sharing our concern with the management, children spent their time with newly hired and unskilled assistants.obviously the management was suffering in providing or maintaining teachers during the year.management expected the principle to take care of all classes, do the work of a receptionist, meet with parents and her daily tasks.was a bitter experience for our child and for us as parents.I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL.

Very bad experience! We had serious concerns about the dirty place, teacher unavailability and unqualified assistants. No body listened!We sent email to CEO and no reply!We had to keep our daughter home with no refund!It was an expensive choice to regret whenever remembered!

Worst experience ever. The parents dont rate them well so they ask their staff to do so. Im so glad I moved my children out of this unprofessional environment.
