I would give -5 out of 5. Never ever think about coming to this garbage medical centre. I don’t know from where should I start, I got appalled when I first entered the hospital at 8 in the morning, there was only one guy “security guard” working their and he said that the staff hasn’t arrived yet so I have to wait, although the working hours of this hospital is from 7 am!!I wasn’t the only one who is waiting; there was several patients and families waiting, I waited for one hour until 9 am when the staff started to show up. The funny thing is that there are only one recipient guy and one doctor who take the responsibility of everything including the necessary tests for you, as if he is a superman, he does the medical check up, eye test, x-ray, blood test. ITS REALLY DISASTER.I have visited this hospital because my company use their services for medical check up of the employees.Don’t you ever think to come here, there are plenty options out there in AbuDhabi.

The worst medical centre i have ever been... the front desk receptionist on 1st floor.. Such an unprofessional lady..dont know how to talk or handle the customer properly... Uneducated staffs.. Simply sitting there to squeeze people cash... I highly dont recommended anybody to visit this medicial centre.. I have been there 2..3 times and the behaviour i got from the staffs is the same.. One of the oldest medical centres in shabia

On 22nd july I visited New National Medical centre in Shabiya sector 10 with my family at around 8.10 pm for PCR test, there were around 5 people completed the test when my turn came around 8.20 pm the receptionist left the counter and went inside after 10 minutes she came and informed the cleaner to tell us that clinic is closed. The cleaner requested the receptionist that this family with small kids waiting here for last 20 minutes can you please do the PCR test but she refused and her behaviour is very rude. She has to understand that because of the customers like us she is earning her bread and these type of staff spoil the reputation of the organisation.

It is better to go to any other clinic. You will have to wait a long time here for treatment of even a minor ailment..

Due to the surge of the covid-19 virus and the need for constant medical issues its now always crowded and therefore maintaining the proper social distancing requirements is not been strictly followed, then again the hospital is kinda small
