Terrible Experience. Today, I was very excited to go and purchase new mask, fins, regulator, gloves, and a couple of smaller items. The service is absolutely awful, very unfocused. When I asked the manual or catalog of the dive computer I was told it was thrown away and that I should refer to the ScubaPro website for more information. Furthermore, when I asked for the warranty for the new items I was paying for, the salesperson insisted that I only get an invoice. Even if this is the case, his attitude and lack of focus got me to literally take my credit card back from the cashiers hand and just walk out. Truly saddened because I was really excited about my new equipment.
