As I am going to open a coffee shop in Abu dhabi city, I had called this company to get a quote for kitchen equipment, and the person dealing is Nael. He is so rude and unprofessional, I swear to god, I never buy a nail from here. Need no apology nor enquiry. I would say this with all honesty and conviction, as I have no other evil motive to tarnish someones reputation. This reflects the companys culture, management and values. Really pathetic customer service.
