Outstanding nursery the staff are amazing with the children and very helpful.

My baby was not welcomed once she got there. Plus they give kids their lunches at 11:30 so they can all sleep at 12:00 which I don’t find it good for my daughter. My baby eat lunch at 12 and sleep at 1 or 2. I got her there for three days and they forced her to sleep and gave her a pacifier to even more force her to sleep. In the weekend my daughter refused to sleep in her own and became very attached to me. Maybe this would work with other parents but for me I don’t like my child who is 1 year to be forced sleep as she sleeps 12 hours at night. Great facility but the assistants don’t smile at all not to me or my daughter.

The nursery has a fantastic structure, but I believe there are too many children per class.

Recently moved from the UK and the first nursery i contacted for a viewing. I went in with my toddler and was greeted by a very pleasant lady at the front desk who called the nursery manager to see us. she came out and looked at me up and down and without even greeting told me to follow her. She then told me to wait in the corridor seating and disappeared. she didnt even apologise when she got back. I felt very uncomfortable with the whole meeting and the way she spoke to me that i decided not to go ahead. Its a shame because its a beautiful nursery with great facilities.
