Few days ago I visited my Favourite Italian Eatery ilfornouae located in khalidiyahmall.They introduced their new menu and we Thoroughly enjoyed the new varieties of traditional Italian cuisine.We ordered :⚫Bread sticks with pesto and tangy sauce.⚫Chciken Tikka Pizza⚫Clabatta Chicken Apple Panino⚫Spaghetti Tre Formaggi⚫Oreo cold DessertTo compliment all the tasty food I got my hands on fresh orange juice and strawberry mohjittoo.It was super refreshing.Portion size is good for 2 people.Amazing food with best hospitality.Highly Recommended !! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Thank you @ilfornouae for giving me the chance to grab a taste of Italy at the cute restaurant that looks nothing less than dinning in a little Italy bistro. It was so hard to choose what to eat as their menu is loaded with scrumptious delectables so you are really spoilt for choice here. Which is a good thing, you can select from a wide variety of authentic flavours and dishes and also have it made to your liking (extra cheese, extra sauce) however you want it. They also have gluten free options which are great for a fairly reasonable price.For Starters they brought us a cute little bread stick basket with an olive oil dip and marinara dip. The olive oil basil dip is a definite must try. we had ordered the Monte Cristo and now as a starter I was expecting just a few small bites, but to the table in a few minutes of our order was delivered a whole meal platter that was great enough for about 4-5 people. Fully loaded with chicken, mushrooms, pepperoni, cheese, olives oh and...some more cheese. These were the Bomb! They definitely stole my heart from the start and I wish I did not have to share it with anyone. That’s how good it was.For mains we ordered and XL spicy seafood pizza (not kidding there on the XL bit) it was huge! With about 8 large slices, this is good enough for about 3-4 people when shared with other dishes as well. They were extremely generous with the toppings and the flavour was good too. Being a fan of the thin crust I would say that maybe a crispier crust might be more tasty but this was cheesy and heavy so that was good enough for me. I always love my pizza with some extra spice so topping it off with some chilli flakes was great although remember that they do have a generous amount of red chilli on it. And I must say, the shrimps were of a decent jumbo size and not just the mini ones that are thrown on top for namesake, this had a good ratio of shrimps, crab meat, calamari and mussels on each slice. A definite must do if you are a seafood lover.We also ordered some Chicken Ravioli and Risotto which were very creamy and delicious for the pasta lovers! The portions were really great and if you visit as a group be ready to share if you like. Well worth the price I’d say for such authentic and flavourful dishes.To end the night we had some vanilla ice cream and a cup of coffee which was the perfect way to end an Italian date night. I would highly recommend Il Forno if you are looking to dine in at one of their many convenient locations or enjoy an authentic Italian meal at home. Their portions and fairly reasonable for the service and portions that they offer and I really cannot say that enough. I would only suggest perhaps bottomless drinks to be added to the menu because you can never get enough of Ice Tea 🙈. But everything else was perfecto 🤌 as they even followed safety precautions with sanitisation and wearing gloves and masks throughout. So 💯 on that!

I loved everything about the place,⁣⁣The quality, quantity & taste sure surpassed my expectations!⁣.⁣⁣Everything was freshly prepared & the serving size is pretty great too!⁣⁣.⁣⁣My favourites here would be the creamy cajun chicken pasta & the pepper steak, ⁣⁣Their fried chicken strips deserves a special mention too🙌⁣⁣

As an Italian I rarely eat at Italian restaurants abroad. This was an exception as I was told the food is very good and it is true. Very Italian, great staff, delicious food.

Il forno is my favorite place for an italian food taste. Price is ok compared to a well portion.Recommended to review the bread type and taste served to the tables at the beginning, it is clear like alike the same pizza dough.

I always order their Salmon Salad because its is affordable, healthy and is served in a huge bowl. :) I tried ordering a main course before and it also didnt disappoint. The selections are endless! From Pizzas, pastas Entrees, Main Course.. One thing they lack though: Desserts and a variety of beverages.

Its our constant place for Penne Casiatore... The flavourful mouth watering pasta with alfredo sauce, baked to perfection. THE BEST pasta in town!

You can never go wrong with Pepperoni pizza from Il Forno restaurant..I am already drooling over thinking about this beauty. This pizza is simply perfect on its own, and the best one weve had in Abudhabi. It has an excessive quantity of cheese and sauce and pepperoni. Just one slice of this will make you incredibly happy and for me it was a fabulous treat to my palate..We also tasted the creamy seafood soup. Its seriously the best. The soup is creamy, flavorful and lots of savoury seafood treats. I highly recommend trying it..Any Spaghetti fans here?? Then you must try Il forno Spaghetti Carbonara. Its so damn cheesy and good. The taste of fresh basil in it makes you wonder why every spaghetti is not wrapped in fresh basil..Well, I cannot stop ordering Lasagna whenever I see it on any Italian restaurant menu. This time also, Il Forno Lasagna Di Pollo proved I wasnt wrong. This lasagna is pure love. It has everything you want in a lasagna. #satisfycraving. Creamy cheese on top and the sauce is so meaty. Such a comforting dish..Overall, this place is a must-try for everyone especially Italian food lovers. I am certain you wont regret it and you can thank me later.

I visited the Saturday night to eat in ilforno khaldiya mall the boys are very attractive to wish waiter (AAMIR) he was wish to me so nice give menu and after 4 min back to help for menu and explaining very good so kind and take order !Waitres (marrybeith) she came and give 4 pcs bread and sauce I requested very kind give to my mom plastic cutlery, she so rud go and after 12 min I ask to (ISLAM) can we have plastic cutlery he was give me in second !(AAMIR) was follow my order very nice starter soup salad maincourse. He sugest some desert so nice that one .thanks for that .The manager (caty) she was came and ask everything is ok u need something else its was so nice to heard1 think was so bad we saw their in ilforno 1 time so bad we are requested the bill with faza discount to (marrybeith) dont give me and say I forgot to make my mom said ok after my mom give tips (25dhr)inside the book at the time she said to my mom(give to my hand ) otherwise its wasteWhy-----?My mom so hum bell she said its for him for his services ok and she ask where (caty) she said she was busy for delivery 😕😕

Unlike other branches, the branch in Abu Dhabi Mall is the worst..The waiter that came to take my order was very condescending and talking with anger tone.. I had to stop the order and asked her to calm down or send someone else for me to take the order... I didnt ask for anything strange I just asked for a steak and didnt understand what she ment when she kept asking what r the side dishes.. I told her I want mashed potato.. but she kept asking in a strange tone!On the table there was no silverware and when I asked for it the other waiter looked at me in a strange way then brought to me only 2 spoons and I asked again for knifes!The steak came with no knife, so I asked for a knife to eat my steak but the waiter said use the one in front of you which is not suitable to cut medium rare meat!!! And I kept struggling with my meat using a small knife cause the waiter decided that it should do it.

I am a veggie person. IL Forno in khalidhiya is a good place to have delicious veggie pizzas. The tasty cheese makes their pizza unique when compared to others.

Located in the food court of the Khalidiyah mall area downtown AbuDhabi. Friendly staff, the tables are not many, but eventually there are some in the common area. Good prices, we got pizza, fries and juice. We ate discreetly.
