Water pressure always low at the wrong time. They will fix it but such a hassle to call and waited 1-2 hrs to get fixed. The utility bill is a killer too! Prepare to pay 600-700/ mth in summer.

Lived there for 4 years with no issues until moving out. May 2019 apartment sold. Notified but new owner never came to see apartment. My checks were not transferred to owner continued to pay BID. No new tawteeq or owner coming to do an inspection of his property. Notified to move out. BID did moving out inspection for new owner. No inspection checklist when I moved in, BID did not do this when I moved in started 2 years after moving in, inspector didn’t want to hear any of that. Wrote up 1 cm scratch on numerous doors. Wrote up items that were present when I moved in. BID and new landlord stated that I owed more than my deposit to fix apartment. Impossible, I ended up settling not to receive deposit back. I had no choice BID was no help. Landlord has never seen the apartment.Your practice was very unprofessional, seems like you set us up to fail and chose to look the other way. For 4 years I paid to utilize your property and that meant nothing. Customer service was always great until this moment when I no longer was paying you. Well you still cashed my checks so I paid you until the day I moved out.

Good Property Management office. Tenancy contracts approved by Dept of Urban Planning and Municipalities are issued on the spot. Staff were very helpfull, English speaking and courteous. Office was well maintained. Car park available in front of building
