Good and refreshing location... feels like we are outside somewhere in europe... outlet inside are little expensive.. but the ambiance is great...

Poorly managed. Email them with complaints... No response. Abandoned cars boats and trailers. Disabled parking occupied by non disabled people. Cars parked on pedestrian crossings. Kids racing around on quad bikes. The list is endless..

One of the best places to live. The Villas there are amazing. You can find the size of the villa you looking for. From studio to 4 bedrooms with living room. Theres a securitys every where their. There is a shopping area with restaurants and all other needs. Car wash, photography, clinic and laundry.

I lived here for almost a year. I love this place already. Lots of outdoor space to walk and go for a run. There’s also a free gym and swimming pool. And there are three mosques in the area, two small ones and one big one. The big mosque had free parking. There is also free parking and residential parking.

This community is affordable yes and its location isn’t too bad (close to airport, Yas island) but living there doesn’t make sense financially because you end up paying for repair and modifications constantly. The management and maintenance are horrible. I haven’t used all the amenities and I live in one of the villas, but I have seen enough to give it this rating. Yes we don’t have many options here but this doesn’t mean I’ll rate this higher than it deserves. We should all thrive for improvement and quality!

Was living in Downtown Alreef for three years. All good except parking was always an issue.

Its very congested place. We can see the cars everywhere and very small roads inside in this place

Al Reef is most definitely one of the best communities in Abu Dhabi. The serenity in that area is something you’ve got to experience. I’m looking forward to moving there someday.

I visited a friend over there, havent lived there but seems a great clean residential area, nice community with lots of available facilities.

Been living here a year now. Great little gated compound with a mix of villas and apartments. Haven’t been able to use any of the facilities the last few months due to COVID-19. Facilities team have been a little more relaxed as well in the last few months in terms of the frequency of grass trimming etc.

High rent. No umbrellas covering your car from the 50 celisus+ during the year. No organic shops, nor resturants. Their grocery is high priced at the downtown with bad customer care skills, besides their bad delivery.

Very far away from the AD city, too many humps, no visitors parking, buildings are close to each other, no privacy at all, if you open your window curtains you are totally exposed. The round about entrance having traffic jam most of the busy times
