One of best compounds in AbuDhabi. Roads are wide. Villas design is just perfect.Inside the compound, there is gym and community hall available for residents. In addition, there are shop and restaurant. Jamiea Mosques 🕌 is also there. Just perfect community and location.

This is a lovely compound, 395 large-sized villas, with great and diverse neighborhood community. The Clubhouse features a cafe, great swimming pool, Gym, Sauna, Squash court, a Saloon and a hall. There is also a multi-function court, can be used for tennis, volley or basket ball, occasionally used for tartan footballing. Good size grocery shop will make sure you dont nee to run for milk or bread, they deliver too !!Above all, security is great, with security guards at the gates and 24/7 security patrol. A great place to live in

Quiet villa complex with excellent amenities including 23m pool, kids pool, gym, squash court, La Brioche cafe, dry cleaners, Baqala (small grocery store), basketball court and Mosque. Numerous green spaces around the villa complex to exercise dogs off lead as long as you pick up droppings. Lots of speed humps to control cars speeds and friendly for kids to play outdoors and travel around complex to main park with kids play area, swings etc. Security Staff on front gate are excellent and do a dilligent job actively patrolling the complex. Good access to routes to Abu Dhabi, Yas Island, Dubai and Abu Dhabi airport. Managed by Khidmah so full maintenance offered for villa gardens and pools.
