Bosch after sales service is close to non-existent. The response rate is very slow. Raising a service ticket alone is equivalent to moving a mountain. The Whatsapp number they provide seldom has any responses. Please buy a Bosch product at your own peril. I will not recommend anyone to go through the anguish and pain.

They came to inspect my washing machine after 3 days of raising the ticket and inspect it and said they need to come pick it up thry took 157dhs inspection charge and no ome came almost a week have passedUseless

I bought Bosch 7 kg washing machine. Machine gives a knocking sound while in spin function. This persists even after they replaced the machine for me. So guys please don’t buy Bosch 7 kg washing machine.I check the same with Siemens and found that it dose not make the knocking sound like Bosch.
