I made a mistake and approached Marriott 10 day back, I bought a new Italian brand chiller, the supplier insisted to make the total payment in advance and did not accept cash on delivery or bank check(and we had to pay in advance). After like 4 days of payment, the chiller reached us even though they promised that it will be delivered next afternoon but never worked. We called them and the hazel started, each one transfer us to the other one. Finally, after several calls, someone came and refill the gas for few minutes then disappear, but the chiller never worked as proposed to work. We called the company and made another complain, the company promised to replace the whole chiller as the one given to us has a manufacturing issue, and they did the replacement after 10 days, and Again, the new replacement has the same issue, it did not work, we started to call them, and the same hazel restarted, lies and false promises. The last update I get from their side is that they can’t permanently fix the issue and also, they don’t want to make a refund (very hard to comprehend). Mr. Maamoun is the sale person while Mr. Ahmed is the maintenance Guy. So be aware. And I am Mohammed the Owner of Spoon and Bowl Restaurant.
Probably they have 30 Employees who were forced to give their company good reviews, the truth is that this is by far the worst company to collaborate with. We bought a piece of heavy duty equipment which malfunctioned within days due to the heating coil burnout. The company made us wait until they could come and check - The manager of the Abu Dhabi showroom was extremely rude to an extent which cannot be imagined. After the company claiming that the equipment damage is not covered in warranty they left us to figure out on our own, no tech support or acknowledgement even from the email sent across.Ultimately, we left the four eye electric burner at their showrooms doorstep so they could make money of the scrap. This they gladly accepted.Robbing customers in broad daylight, the worst example of customer service and a management so bad it would make you cry - Mariot Kitchen are the pioneers and leaders in this space. Highly recommend not to even consider entering their showroom.

خدمه مابعد البيع سيئة ، اذا اخترب عندك شي وهو تحت الضمان يماطلون لين ايون يصلحونه واذا خلص الضمان يحطولك شروط غريبه وفوق هذا كله بعد ما ايونك ، مافي اسلوب من موظفين المبيعات ولا موظفين الصيانه التجاوب جدا ضعيف ( لا انصح بالتعامل مع الشركه ) كلامي حسب تجربه حقيقيه من سنه ٢٠١٨ الي اخر مره قبل اسبوع طلبت منهم صيانه وسجلو الطلب والي الان محد تواصل معاي وفي المرات السابقه يتم العطل عندي كذا شهر ولا في اي تجاوب لا من موظفين المبيعات ولا مدير المحل رائد ولا من مدير الصيانه
The worst deal I encountered as a customer .. We dealt with this company to supply how many pieces, including a burner and a malfunction, and this is possibleAfter our employees contacted them to modify the piece because as soon as two weeks were completed, they told them, In a dream, the piece is changed.We thank you for this approach
