Happy with my visit, came not having any idea on the iteams i need to buy and the staff Sonam helped me out to get what i specifically need..

Bought a window weather strip. It was very low quality. The glue on it was very weeks. Says 3 years warranty, but it wont even stick to the surface even for 3 minutes. Later bought the similar product from amazon for half the price, which clearly stated made in china, and my job was done.Just selling something or anything under the name ACE.only brand value, no quality maintained.

Its not as big as you may think! But i found all what I wanted, staff very helpful and welcoming. I had a hard time figuring out the prices of some items, the price tags where not placed properly on the shelves.

You can find almost anything DIY here. Painting section is pretty good too.

The available collections and brands keep diminishing by the day, they used to bring in renowned american brands and high-end german and european ones, now everything’s Chinese and low-end yet with the same price as the high-end brands. If we wanted common things we’d go to dragonmart or danube, ace used to be unique now it isnt.

Back to work, am very delighted to be able to come again to ACE and purchase the quality tools i need, with great special offers as well.

Good and big place. You can find lots of goods for home, garden, cleaning, electrical devices and kitchen needs. They have helpful staff around the shop. There is sale on good items to buy (electrical fans, cooking set, and others)

Great staff always well prepared for the customers

Quite a lovely hardware shop and much options. But staff need some sense of urgency, went there and waited for assistance for like 20mins. After notifying someone that we need some help in certain products still waited another 10mins, thanks to security guy who was running around looking for the guys to assist us.

I had the worst experience with ACE customer service. It took 4 month and 4 visits to yas mall branch to get their response by WhatsApp for a 900 dhs vacume cleaner which didnt last even 6 month and at the end they asked me to pass by store and pay the repair charges before they proceed with repair.Even no account to do on-line payment has been given even I have asked several times.It seems customer supposed to server them , thats how they deal with us.I am fully disappointed and will never recommend ACE to anyone.

Only 1 person available for assistance in paint section. Waited for assistance for half an hour and then was said the product is out of stock. Need more customer service

Quite please, the prices are bit high , but the good thing the guarantee they give.

Good place for home collection in all areas!kitchen or bathrooms and gardening! If you like tools like me then its a place you will spend hours without getting bored! Offers were on most of the items! Lovely thing it was also just next to Toys R Us so i didnt forget the little one!

The place is owsome, but you are on your own. If you were lucky to spot staff and ask for help it would be a miracle.Also it seems certain nationalities are served differently.

Best place to get your tools and paint from. They also have items ranging from kitchenware, gardening and outdoor grilling.

Avoid for paint. They don’t stock paints on display. Picked colors then was told they don’t sell them.

Need more improvement in displaying the items. Overall good place to find some necessary hardware

Hardware store with a wide inventory from kitchen equipment to outdoor furniture that include all typical tools for bricolage and basic electrical materials. Same chain but bigger shop and inventory is in front of the ikea store in yas.

Products are super with extended warranty and better prices, the after sale service is super and care for the clients

Good general hardware store, prices are a little higher than in other places but generally is a good place to go is you want a one stop shop for home supplies and tools.

Very poor they send me an opened item, I call the call center they told me I can refund item mina, since I pay cod they will give also cash, arrived in Ace mina branch, I ask the duty manager he said he dont know about it, I have to insist so he will check..... Poor service dont buy Acr online....

No need to introduce ACE. They have a very large collection of all outdoor as well as indoor tools and gardening stuff also

Im having a horrid experience with you.Made an order on Thursday for click and collect the because it was promised to be faster than free delivery. 3 days in, today, no update if I can collect.Called customer service at 9:40 took forever for someone to pick up. Male agent promised me he had sent angry message to the store and for the store to call me.14:00 still no news and called you again, spoke with female agent name Jenny. She promised to call me back within 1-2 hours.17:00 still no news, I called again and spoke to a male agent with no satisfactory result.No idea when my order will be ready for collection despite what your website had said 2-3 days for collection!What a horrible experience!When I asked what if I want to cancel my order, he said its up to you but the money will only be credited 4-5 working days.Horrible horrible horrible!!!

They have it all... as any ACE store. They also have convenient parking. Ace doesnt get my 5 stars because their prices are quite above what you can find in other similar places... problem is that other places do not have it all in one place.

Overall good stock

Ace in Al Mina was very easy to get to with good parking availability. They had a wide selection of products as listed on the website with some items out of stock but they offered to order these products in for me if I wanted that product specifically, they even offered me similar products that would get the job done just fine.Overall the staff were friendly and welcoming and I recommend it to others. Not 5 stars due to some items being out of stock.

Great one stop shop for all your DIY needs.This ACE store is conveneintly located in the Mina area of AbuDhabi ; it is much smaller than the Yas island store, but still has a great range of items. BBQ grills and accessories, some kitchen accessories, paints, gardening section, vehicle care accesories,and quite a lot more. Helpful and knowlegable staff.Easy parking.

ACE is always an attraction to handy fellows who are DIY hardwired. Every time I visit, I find a tool that I have been looking for a while. Varieties of items for home, garden, car, hobbies...prices are usually affordable

I bought water purifier carttridge which is a local production from their Supplier, but they sell it very expensive in Abu Dhabi Mena.

Poor Customer service! Sent our water dispenser for repair, waited for them for 14days until they called me that our dispenser is fixed and ready for pick. Informed us not use the dispenser for 3hrs after that tried our dispenser and ITS NOT FIXED SAME ISSUE NOT BEEN FIXED.

I ordered an electric saw brand Bosch and after 5 days I received the item but without battery and any cables, I spoke with call center and told me that it doesn’t come with battery or electric cable !!! Very disappointed. What should I do with it then? It’s like baying a new car with no engine! The agent told me that someone will call me to take the item and refund the money but no body show up till now.

Almost 1/5 of the items are not priced. Various trolleys of new goods left unpacked around the store. Staff are very helpful once you can catch one but they are hard to find. The floor staff are great and must be commended but there is poor management. Also - dont buy plants here - save yourself 90% and go to Mina port!
