No star deserved, as they closed the RAK Gym within 5 days after i paid membership. now they are not refunding the membership fees, i have been following up since last more than 1 month. they dont care of customer, just requires money. if they were going (planning) to close, why did they accept my membership or/ else had to inform me while accepting my membership, i could have gone for other Gym.

Good Equipment and large workout area.

The place itself is pretty old and needs some improvements and fixing certain things. But the whole set-up is great, they have many more machines than any other gym of the same category, and great free weights sections

Used to be international gym now owned by RAK GYM and name changed.PROS:- great bodybuilding that suitable for beginners and hardcore bodybuilders.- fully equipped free weights and machines- clean and well organised andspacious-ish- cheap monthly membership 500 dirhams a month but single entry is 50 dirhams . But if you are going for a week you can negotiate something with themCONS:- low ceiling, therefore, the ventilation can be bad in the crowded hours- the gym most visitors are ethnic from South Asia and many of them do not have an idea about what a body spray is. So it is best to go day time when it is empty- not much natural light because it is in a mess in floor in a building .- some members (especially Arabs) can be so loud when talking to each other which can be distracting when working out- daily/one time entry is 50 dirhams which is too much for how run down and smelly the gymCan be , but if you are paying for one week youll end up paying more tha the monthly membership which does not make sense- the stretching area is very tiny- the ceiling was dripping at places with funny sewer smell but not strong .

Good gym but bit highly priced. Its a small dark place. Machines are latest model though

Better than most of the gyms that Ive been too!! Its better than Lifeline which is just too over priced!

Friendly place

One of the worest gyms that i have ever trained in because its so expensive, and their services are very bad comparing to other gyms.
