Best gym. Clean, hygiene and equipped with all required machines. John is 20 +years gyming exp. and he helps everyone to do exercise correctly. I would recommend this gym to everyone.

The place is very good especially in the morning few people to get a chance to have a full access of the equiptment.

Cheap and good enough

This is the worst gym in abu dhabi, all the machines are very old and not working well.The changing room and lockers of this gym was very bad and dirty all the time.The air conditionings inside this gym not working well so the weather inside the gym was very bad.The only good thing in this gym was the receptionist syrian guy (amr) this guy is very polite and helpfull.But the Egyptian owner of this gym (mamadoh) was not helpfull and not polite.Im not recommending this gym to any one searching for a good gym in abu dhabi really this is the worst gym in abu dhabi.
