I live here now and I absolutely love the apartment unit! Its an old building but it is well-maintained. My unit is cozy and it has a nice view of the Corniche beach! The security are very nice and I feel very safe living here. The gym and pool are clean and well-maintained too! Plus, theres a really cool beauty salon on the 1st floor and a supermarket on the ground floor. Near WTC, restaurants and there is a park just in front! Super convenient place to live in!

Very spacious apartments

Really very bad brokers!! Keep chaning the price for same properties! Not professional!Also this building age is 25 years!! You can take less price (70k) in reem for new building!

Because residential in Baynunah Tower and I love the place too and because it is the prime of the Corniche and because it is the building of our Sheikh and crown our head Bo Khalid Ezz and pride

What happened to this beautiful tower, which was a graduation project for two Emirati students. I remember them, the artery. 1996 was an architectural masterpiece and even its restaurant won at the state level in quality ... Baynunah Hilton was a masterpiece of heart and heart..I had a close visit to it and was really shocked by its dilapidated scene From the outside at the gates ..! Today even from the inside, they changed the mosaics that were decorated with the floor of the rooms to ordinary ceramics. What..you wish you had restored what had become old and not replaced it with the bad ... It was the first and most beautiful tower overlooking the Abu Dhabi Corniche at all..May water its time..Everything changed even the buildings that we love and had beautiful memories in it ..
