Tourist are having horrible time in Abu Dhabi since their AlHOSN app is in grey color and they can’t go anywhere despite a valid PCR and vaccine completed ( 2 doses) in their home country.The rude Indian guy is talking to people WITHOUT a mask ( above the red carpet office), using the mask as a scarf around his neck while playing his phone with Facebook reels and videos. He is Rude and unprofessional. We collected our Number and the crowd were approaching counter without order and respecting the line. They don’t know what to do and we have been sent to different office ( yellow line , red line… )The public is asked to show a 2 days PCR to è eterno the office however the staff doesn’t keep the office safe for the public by deciding to DONT wear a mask which is against UAE law,Why they don’t wear a mask properly ?None help us. Just horrible unprofessional staff.I will ask my family to visit other countries instead of visiting me, that’s for their well-being.

Service is very very bad and do not begrudge a starI did not have a receptionist and when I arrived at the counter I renewed the passport. The transaction was refused due to the lack of documents. When I told the employee that I had to provide a receptionist, the response was shocking.
