I’ve been on hold for 30 mins so far. I’ll be hearing the phrase “all lines are busy; please wait, we’ll get back to you shortly” in my sleep!At this point it is quicker to drive over, ask my question and drive back than wait for them to answer the phone.
I have been trying helpline since days and average hold time is more than 10 minutes but no luck till now and getting msg all lines busy pls hold.my tracking watch is not getting charged due to charger issue and I am got DOH msg to charge the watch but I cannot. I dont know what to do very worried
No body answers the calls as everyone mentioned. And not solving the problem, I don’t know why??
Impractical system, especially services connected to TAMM, unprofessional staff, phone calls are always kept on hold and nobody picks up!worst services ever!
Takes very long for someone to pick up the line. And when answered, they don’t give right information, seems unupdated with latest regulations. I had to find out the correct information after I went to one of the centres what actually applies.
Number listed here is either wrong or has connection issues. Don’t know how to reach any of staff there.

HAAD (Health Authority of Abu Dhabi)s name changed to DOH (Department of Health).
Its slow service in terms of issuing license for health professionals.Its took my friend 6 months, for me 7 months. Just to issue the license while my paper is we prepare.The customer service offices is perfect and soo helpful, however Im blaming the back office for such a long time.I hope some improvements will happen.THANKS.

I visited this place as i had a log in issue ,for Data flow .. the staff tried their best to adress my issue i even had a free coffee i sat for 2 hrs to solve the issue but let me tell you that i was welcomed and they absolutely offerd evrything that could make me comfortableالستاف اليوم ماقصرو ساعدوني في مشكلتي مع الدخول للداتا فلو والمكان مريح
Very far off from the professionalism and class of the DHA.
Half of counters were closed but it didnt took more then 40 mins to issue birth certificate.The staff who attended my case was Ayesha Al Ali and i was really impressed with the behavior and attention they paid to my case.
Call center is very bad
A little bit problem for parking.Takes 40 mins to 1hr and 30mins for issuing of birth certificate. Very friendly staff.I also noticed that people skipped que.
8 counters closed and only 2 open.. Simple birth certificates have a minimum 2 hour wait.

Better to have another customer service support around city limit.

They need documents that is not important for them to do a single procedure.They need unimportant papers for them to do one actionExample: Birth certificate needs me:Important birth notification2. The passport of the husband is importantThe wifes passport is important4. The identity of the husband is not important5. The identity of the wife is not important6. The summary of the registration is not important7. The marriage contract is important8. Residence for expatriates is important9. Visa or MasterCard is not importantWith copies of the said documents and be certified by private parties. not importantThese are not mentioned previously by the hospital administration to save time and effortIn the end, this is a health authority.
