Worst website ever, very slow, the customer service after 12pm never reply on the phone and it takes about 1 hr to reach them via chat box. And if they reply they are eager to just hang up on you by giving you the “we will send an email to them or we will send it to the related department” and they never do actually because no body ever contacted me. I waited for 2 weeks then I gave up because it seems that nobody actually want to do their job.

I visited this place in July 2014 to get a license for my company. At that time the situation was bad specially on the counters who were dealing with the customers....I visit this place again after almost 7 years (June 2021) the situation is not changed but it become more worse, specially on the counters...I am requesting to the management that kindly give some training to the staff, how to deal with customers and not shouting on them...

No one ever picks up the phone after waiting for more than 1 long hour for multiple times and different day!!!!!!Maybe this center has no employee And cannot access the site. So Disappointed. Check your site first and upgrade before implementing some submission.

If there is less than 1 start please let me know. Worst experience, Customer care not attending the call, inside staff behavior very rude. they are Not treated as a human being they are treating as a slave. They made the mistake of typing my phone number, But they blame me. If there are any higher officials please make some improvement over there.
