Very elegant store. Their collections are suitable for most styles. Prices are not usually affordable but they have a really good sale twice a year.

Terrible service. We purchased a couch that was supposed to be delivered today. Not only were they 6-7 hours late on a time they had assigned this morning, but they didnt bring enough manpower to deliver the couch to us! They wanted us to find additional paid labour to help them with bringing the couch up. The delivery guy had attitude problems too. For the amount spent on furniture at their store, you would expect better service and to not have to pay on top.

Ordering from west elm was a nightmare and the worst online experience Ive ever had. They made me wait for 14 days without telling me whats happening to my order. And every time I called or emailed they told me Ill receive it in few days.Then they told me they dont have some items I requested and asked me to cancel my order.After canceling my order I got a call to to schedule a delivery!! and they scheduled to deliver my canceled order.They sent a message saying that my order is going to be delivered today and never delivered.This was very confusing and very inconvenient and very time and every consuming process to track an order that I never got.Horrible experience

After making my online purchase, an email was sent confirming the order with no additional information regarding the delivery date. There is a link to make contact that after entering your order number and personal details directs you to an online chat. From here you are told to contact the dispatch for delivery details. Dispatch appears to initiate an SMS confirming date of delivery however the delivery date from the SMS is not the date mentioned verbally after multiple calls to dispatch. Each time you call dispatch another automated SMS is received however furniture was not delivered again. Next a call was received requesting delivery address however the furniture was still not delivered. Several hours later a call was received stating the goods are being delivered to the billing address, not shipping address, even when the shipping address was already provided that same day??? All in all a very poor service with unnecessary run arounds, waiting at home periods, returning from work to receive the goods and yet still no furniture to be seen. Pretty much a waste of ones time considering how easy it would be to add the delivery information to the original order...

Is anyone ever picks up the phone in West Elm or Alshaya? Calling 2nd day in a row during work hours and no answer! Terrible customer service and zero help with online orders.

Good selection but slow delivery

They dedicated from my bank account twice after buying online and I complained through website many times no feedback !! No body contacted me! I stopped my card to stop any future deductions from them ! And complain to my bank , more than two weeks now !!

My wife loves this place. Me in the meanwhile I seat on their sofas on display, which are very comfortable, and read the news on my phone.

Unhappy with the delivery charge policy of dhs 200 Unless you spend dhs 3000. We spent dhs 2676 then dhs 2554 in a week’s time. They did not give this any consideration and still charged delivery charge twice.

Visited Yas Mall branch more than 10 times and I can say they have terrible staff with terrible salesmanship, not creative, cant understand your need, no suggestive selling.Excellent and gorgeous pieces of furniture! Buy from West Elm in Dubai Mall instead.

Really bad customer service. The manager in yas mall sucks. They promise things that they cant deliver. Told me that my furniture will come in 4 to 6 weeks, 8 weeks later and nothing. They even had no clue where my order is. I canceled my order and they promised that my money will be back from 1 to 2 weeks. Two weeks later, surprise, no money back. Really not recommended at all. Overpriced and horrible customer service.

Very nice stuff, I have bought almost everything from them for our living room. But the worst worst service in Abu Dhabi. Especially the blond woman. They look unhappy and don’t even greet you.

It was one of my worst experience and I will defenetly never buy from them again especially the one in yas mall.I dont recomend them although they do have nice furniture but unless you buy what they have in the store never make an order because it will take very long time to come.

Bought an item from the store. Took it home and despite it being in protective wrapping, it was chipped when we returned home. Took it back to the store and some arrogant European woman behind the counter basically mocked the fact I returned it.
