I love pinkberry frozen yogurt. Addicted and order almost daily. So am quite disappointed to find recent orders on Deliveroo under-filled.Medium and large always half full. Small always over-filled. (??) They say they measure by weight but why advertise a cup size on their counters then under-fill at weight? It’s false advertising. You think you’re getting the cup amount but it’s half-filled. And it’s not because of toppings - nobody wants half a cup of toppings! No-topping orders always lose! So cheap.Anyway. Looking for another solution. And uninstalling Deliveroo. Last order arrived spilled with lid open! Even the delivery bag wasn’t properly sealed - wide openings near bag handles. Drivers could easily reach in and tamper with the food without me even knowing. Disturbing and worrying!I don’t want Deliveroo credit. I want a proper serving of food when i order and pay for it!UPDATE***All of their ad images on Deliveroo etc show filled containers - no matter the size OR if ‘with’ or ‘without’ toppings! They advertise full containers, but continue to under-fill. The yogurt spirals to the top of the cup when i order. But their ads show the yogurt spiraled way past the cup edge - thats why they have the tall plastic lids, right??Isn’t this illegal? Unethical at best.I’ve provided updated images along with screenshots of their ads. You decide what’s right and wrong, obviously Pinkbery cannot.UPDATE II***Under filled again. Tired of paying for this food and getting ripped off. Every single time of the dozens I’ve ordered. And now I’ve taken video and photos. I’ve probably spent thousands and getting short changed each time. Lrg was under (supposed to be 13oz was 11oz - and they’re calculating the cup weight too? If not, its barely 10 oz!!) and the small. ALWAYS like this.They say “it goes by weight,” but even when at pinkberry they NEVER weigh. And this last delivery proves it!!

They have frozen yogurt products in different flavors and very delicious with a variety of additives, but the prices of the products are very exaggerated, I think the prices need to be reviewed.
