The customer service is very bad, nobody cares about you as a customer and they made some mistake with my overdue which shouldnt be there so now is impacting my score in Credit bureau and they simply doesnt care. I would understand if it was my mistake but IT WAS NOT and on the top today the call center agent his name is Kendret or something like this he was very rude and unprofessional and he was raising his voice...while i just seek help since is not my mistake and i need this to be resolved on time not as per their process which takes more then 10 days since nobody cares about the customers. My advise never get anything from them...they will make your life hell
