They should waive all of the penalties except the fraud cases until they have a clear answers to the quires raise by the market.For sure many companies following a mistreatment toward the vat currently. Even the Tax agents have to refer to FTA to answer you after 40 days.You need to have a proper advise and allow the people to correct their tax position by understanding each business needs.I suggest to segregate the call center by industry and have an expert people to answer the queries and guide the people properly then structure your penalties.Thx

The call centre is very very poor knowledge and attitude as well as call centre skills..It is the the face of FTA. I am disappointed that in may country UAE.Looking forward to have better employeesRegards
Dubai customer service staff much better than Abu Dhabi customer service staff, Dubai office customer service staff more helpful and more knowledgeable and they so welcomed there customer, myself I visited the both offices but there is a big difference between Dubai and Abu Dhabi , I hope Abu Dubai customer service become more helpful and knowledgeable like Dubai sustainer service
