Not helpful at all,submitted case from long time not received a single call and when visited their office they give one response, we have so many cases you need to wait for the call.Managment should take serious action as this social support is for needy ones.

The worst Ministry of Community Development in Abu Dhabi I have ever seen.. The first thing is that they do not answer the phone and the second thing is that they do not know what the correct application papers are. The Ministry looks at our comments, so that it knows what it is doingHe becomes in the ministry
The reception service was not good and the other employee asked her for a paper and she said I will give it to you in ten minutes and it took me 5 days and the paper did not arrive!!??
