I bought a shoes here and I know the price is 99 dirhams but the cashier got a long time to look for the price tag. After several minutes, she said it is 149 dirhams. I told her it is only 99 dirhams because I saw it in the shelf. She told me you can reward yourseld only once. Since that is the last size available, I bought it. After a week, I visited H & M Dalma Mall and found out same shoes but 99 dirhams only. I complained in Al Shaya hotline and the next day I went back to H & M Marina Mall. I told them my story but this Nepalese girl cashier remembered me did not say any sorry. She overcharger me with 50 dirhams. Good thing there is Kabayan who assist me with the refund. Next time, please dont lie and make up any price to customers. I really did not enjoy my shopping experience here.

Good varieties of clothes. But not so economical i felt. But if the quality is good who cares to have economical
