Not professional Salesman and Woman they will not approach you if you looks like an average person.They didnt even bother to greet you.Except to the Lady from the Philippines she is very polite and helpful.

I’m not happy at all with your response . With your answer about my shoes damage you have to be more Profficinal than that way , I don’t advice any one to deal with Gucci Galeria store . Lack of customer services not reflect Gucci image

I had my worst experience at this particular Gucci store. I asked the man to get me my size and he YELLED at me saying “the one you are wearing should fit you” and he eventually ended up telling me that they didn’t have my size and that I should go to another store in Dubai. And then after a whole 20 mins he magically finds my size . WHEN I INVEST IN LUXURY BRANDS I EXPECT THAT SORT OF SERVICE !
