I bought a 27000 aed bracelet here. Two weeks later, a stone fell out. I went back to have it repaired or replaced, but the staff attitude was bad and they treated me like Im a nuisance. Any experienced jeweler can see the bracelet was not tempered with, nevertheless they kept insisting I pay for the repair and mother of pearl stone replacement. The repair they said will take a minimum of three weeks, and at this point Im still waiting for my bracelet to come back. In the mean time, Ive got many calls from the staff and each time they would give different information on whether or not I need to pay for the repair. I got fed up from the whole ordeal and regret I chose Bvlgari. First of all, for this price the quality should have been much much better, and when this happened they should have sorted it out with no hassle, but they literally made me suffer and chase them to even began the repair. Im curious to see if and when Ill get my bracelet, and whether any more stones are going to fall out again soon. I advise to chose another brand for jewelry. I bought bracelets from other brands in galleria mall and they all had no issues and the quality is perfect. To be honest even the non designer cheap regular golden jewelry that I bought from ordinary shops, turned out more durable than this bracelet. Customer service is the lowest Ive experienced so far of any designer brand.
