Can you eat mutton Biryani with hair? One hair in one service could be coincidental or human error but more than one despite changing the food is evident that its carelessness, unprofessional practices, and unhygienic kitchens!Ritaj has been one of our best choices for Biryani on Fridays or thrice a week but today’s experience was worst of all bad experiences we had observed at it’s Tourist Club Area branch. We ordered a mutton biryani family pack, just after we served Biryani to each other I found hair on mutton piece that was in my plate. We called the staff, showed it to them and they changed the remaining Biryani. They brought us a fresh portion of the Biryani but again we found another hair on another mutton piece.Surprisingly despite our two complaints restaurant & kitchen staff did not bother to stop for a moment to think about what went wrong but simply said “sorry, we will change again”.Literally what kind of reputed restaurant you are? Serving mutton Biryani in which mutton is not cleaned properly. The hight of shamelessness is that even after finding out that there is serious hygiene problem in this batch of Biryani, restaurant decided to continue serving same to other customers.Highly NOT recommended for Biryani, you may or may not like the taste but kitchen of the restaurant is completely UNHYGIENIC, seating place is not so good, nor the staff is capable of handing problems professionally.

Authentic Hyderabadi Food, especially Mutton and 65 Biryani. Kaddu ki kheer is heaven on earth. I bet u wont get this taste anywhere in UAE. Highly recommended

Biryani taste is so well but very unpleasant to see significant decrease in quantity compared to parcel and at dining.They give good quantity of chicken and rice when taking parcel which is good for 2 persons but the quantity at dine in is not sufficient for even one person. I never expected this kind of service from Ritaj as we always take biryani parcels from them and this was the first time experience I tried dining in there…

Ritage is the best hydar abadi restaurant in uae as tasty Indian cuisine but . The restaurant is small , style is bad and sheep .you cant take friends , girl friend to it to dine since they think you are sheep ,but the taste is the best , I went to 5 stars Indian cuisine s but comparing to ritag was nothing

Ritaj is a well known restaurant in abu dhabi for it’s hyderabadi cuisines it’s a branch in tourist club area on hamdan street in abu dhabi taste is also fine and the hyderabadi biryani is there signature dish and the quantity is awesome so will get full of stomach and still remains the food mostly people like there cuisines

If you try Hyderabad Spice Biryani then only you will understand why i rated single star.Kabab worst.If you have Any options go for it rather than going to this for Biryani.

One of the traditional Biriyani restaurant in Abu Dhabi. This is a new branch of the chain restaurant of Ritaj. I have tasted both mutton and chicken biriyani it is really good you should try it in restaurant or parcel and have it when it is hot. Otherwise you will loose its taste.

First a fall I’m also a Hyderabadi it’s really bad experience with this restaurant the biryani taste is not good and the curry also are on average. The delivery tooks 2hrs every day that to next street . The staff on phone is also rude. Dine is fine but take and delivery is not good last but not least the curry are not like Hyderabadi food just hint of them so. I don’t refer any of my friends to go on any ritaj for dine or take and MR Ahmed take care of you’re staff rudeness ok

And I thanks to waiter name MOHSIN he serve the customers freindly, give respect and treat everytime whole heartedly , at last specially kheer is excellent if you want to try dessert.

Excellent food, sitting space was quite conjusted if you are two families or more together. First branch cannot accommodate families, then I had to go to branch 2. How ever food qualities are same at both the places.

We ordered for door delivery and they told it will take 45 minutes and we are fine with it. Finally order was delivered after 1 hr and 30 minutes. We understood the situation and waited. But in return the delivery was yelling at us the moment he called us. We asked the reason he told he cannot come to our flat instead he asked to come down to get the parcel. We went down to receive the parcel. While we are in lift he again called us and was yelling like hell. He can’t wait more time and he will leave.That was not even 5 minutes wait time. Like crazy he was behaving and told us go and complain where ever you want. Such a patienceless fellow we meet. Had a worst experience before we had that food.

If you want to experience worst customer experience, please order from here.They will show arrogance of being a RITAJ restaurant while taking order, and will deliver your food after 1.5 hrs- 2 hrs when your hunger would have said a bye. Meanwhile you will have to call delivery guy couple of times so atleast then you get your food a bit earlier than hours.
