I did my Intralasik HD here with Dr.Tamer & Dr. Wael. Extremely happy with the results. Everything is good, from customer service to consultation to surgery and after care. They really know what they are doing. I have consulted few places before choosing this hospital. One if the main reasons I have finally selected this place is because the doctors were very confident and clearly explained everything to me. I would highly recommend this hospital to everyone.

I got my interlasik surgery done on 15th of april 2021, it was one of the worst nightmares that i have ever encountered, the doctor (i doubt he is actually one) is dr tamer, dont do your surgery with thus guy he is the worst. See the attached photos of my right eye and you will know why.

I had a 10/10 experience. the doctors and nurses were so professional and friendly. They made sure i felt comfortable in every way possible. Dr. Tamer has magical hands, surgery was done in 15 minutes, he took so much care of me and the results were wonderful. would 100% recommend this to everyone i know.

I did eye lasik surgery in 2010, and everything from service to the surgery was great.My eyesight was -2 before surgery.After 7 years, my right eyesight is -0.25 and my left eyesight is -0.5. Which means the surgery was successful, but not perfect.

Dr Tamer is a peoples person who made me feel comfortable and at easy. Was a bit nervous but all the staff went out of the way to make me feel better. Everyone is very kind patient and willing to help. As most centers they do not charge a consultancy fee- and go through everything for close to 2hours. Would highly recommend Dr Tamer and the centre.

I must put a star or i cant put a review for this place ... Unfortunately i Got many of good feedback on this center But i was so disappointed of the Customer Servicece and wait time my appointment was 12:30 pm and until now 1:50 i have not seen the doctor due to bad administration and patient file organization per appointment ... i was considering to do my eye surgery here BUT I AM NOT SURE NOW !!!

DR. Tamer Salem is the best doctor ever. He was extremely patient with me and super nice. He explains everything clearly before hand. He did an amazing job during the surgery and helped keep me calm through out the whole process. Highly recommend going to the Royal Spanish Center and asking for DR. Tamer. Truly a great experience.

Went in for a work up based upon an advertised voucher. Arrived at the appointed time. Waited 2hrs while others bypassed me.Finally left after explaining why. Got 15 minutes down the road only to receive a call to come back after apologies. Went back and got the consultation. Was sent down to speak to lady about price. Was told it was much more than the advert voucher however they would ask about insurance. Got a call a week later saying insurance wouldnt cover. I declined because I thought it was bait and switch. Received a call a week later asking why and I recanted the story. Was told I could go to dubai for a fraction if the cost. But when I asked if it was the same procedure (repeatedly) finally discovered it was a older process not recommended by the doc. So I asked the caller to get with the doc to clarify.Got a call 5 weeks later asking if I wanted to have Lasik done. I recanted the story again and got a different price and established with the caller that again they wouldnt clarify which procedure it was for. So now Im waiting for clarification again..........

It is the best services and center in UAE, You will help and assistance from the reception up to the doctor, high hospitality services on the reception and waiting area, coffee machines. You will feel home moving around while everyone is smiling and welcoming you, they will educate you about your condition advise you to take decision, they do check not only one but there to be accurate about the operation, they provided me with all care needed and required, it is a great experience with high qualified teams. THANKS TO Dr. TAMER specially. Edit: I did the operation no pain, was easy and comfortable and been tested again to ensure everything is fine. Super Experience.

I had my LASER surgery in RSC on Thursday with Dr. Tamer. Honestly, I was scared a few minutes before the surgery by seeing the operation theatre. I had my surgery on Thursday and I couldnt be more impressed with the whole procedure. Dr. Tamer was very friendly and reassuring, keeping me busy with conversation throughout. It was much easier than expected and I would recommend him to anyone!

Went there and had all the tests for the surgery, nice people and center I thought ..... BUT THEY THEN GAVE ME LAZER SURGERY FOR THE WRONG PRESCRIPTION!! Now I cant see properly out of my right eye! Now they will not communicate with me or accept blame- BE WARNED!

The best staff and service

The center is great, I have had a very positive experience with the employees of the center. They are very helpful.The good things about doctors here is that they explaine all needed information about the needed service thorally and accurately. I believe that it is very important for a patient to feel comfortable with the center that he or she being treated at, and such aspect was found in this center.

The preliminary checkup was great, doctor explained the surgery and I was booked a day later. Infralasik went smoothly. I recommend this center :,)

An amazing place with great and professional staff! Very hygenic and the waiting room is full of things to keep you busy, so you dont even feel like you have waited for anything. Nice people and very efficient surgery, unfortunately I was accidentally given incorrect correction and my vision is now worse. The center have offered to operate again free of charge to correct the error. Due to this I can only give 3 stars

First of all, I didnt get the medical care that was supposed to be given. Many things were not explained to me. I did not know the doctors name either. I was kept waiting too much and it would be better to get a time for the operation instead of waiting for my turn

My lasik treatment was an excellent experience and recovery hardly crossed 48hours and I resumed duty on 3rd day in spite of my one week sick leave!Personal appreciation to Dr Tamer and rest of staff specially the receptionist staff.RegardsIbraheem

Dr. Wael and Dr. Tamer Salem performed my eye laser surgery (lassik). They were very helpful, caring and most importantly patient. They explained everything to me in so much detail beforehand and really took care of me as a patient. Despite my fear I was able to overcome it thanks to their support. I highly recommend this place! Day 2 after my surgery and I can see better than I used to see wearing my contacts and glasses; Truly feels like a miracle! On a side note, previously, two of my siblings performed the lassik surgery here, which encouraged me to do it here too.

I love the staff in this clinic and how they made me feel every time I came here which I think is very important, they look happy and confident and that inspires trust. The equipment and the technology used is the latest in the market.

Just came back from a visit to the Royal Spanish Center in Abu Dhabi.Truly pleased by my experience. The location is easy to find, and has adequate parking.The premises itself is spacious and very well-furnished. Reception staff were friendly and efficient.Met Dr. Wael, who is a very pleasant and decent gentleman. Took his time going through the examination and explained everything adequately, patiently answering my questions. Even though I went to him requesting LASIK surgery and had an insurance card that covered it, he was honest enough to tell me that I did not require it because my condition was very mild and just needed some moisturising eye drops.Left feeling confident and cared for. Would definitely recommend them to all my friends and family.
