Nice store located in Electra street, Abu Dhabi. Gifts items, daily needs etc are available at very reasonable (low) price. Highly recommended place to gifts items, stationery items etc.Clothing, Children section (toys) are also here. But quality is not very good. Prices are very low.

Golden Tower gifts has a varieties of products in affordable prices. It gives a great service as well but some staffs really need to know the customers value. Their behavior is not so welcoming. But only few. That is not gonna effect me to visit the place again.

A very nice place to buy all type of gift items and various daily use stuff in reasonable place.Staff are friendly and helpful. They have arranged the items very well and properly. They accept both cash and card payments. Have good arrangement of payment counters to avoid long queues. It is located near to Abu Dhabi mall and easy to access. They have electronic items and lot of small stuff those may be difficult to find anywhere else in Abu Dhabi.

Nowadays Im mostly visiting the store and as always Im totally confused but the staff working there are so nice they help me every single time The way they speak is so beautiful

Very bad experience. I purchased an item that has incomplete parts. Firstly the packaging was already opened, looks like someone else has already opened the box and they just put it back at the counter. I asked the sales lady at the time if I can have a new stock but she said that they will check the item in the counter anyway to see if its complete or if any part is missing, so I took it anyway since that is the last one. At the counter, I asked politely the cashier if they will check the item first before paying, but she proceed with the payment and said that someone will check it. After the paying, another sales staff check the item and said that there are some parts missing. I had to wait for a few minutes and then she came back with two small parts and said its all okay now so I thanked them. When I reached home, to my surprise, there were two parts that are still missing. I immediately run back to the shop and told them of what had happened. It seems no one wants to assist and insisting that they have checked it before I left. The manager was standing there and said to come back the day after as the sales staff who checked it was already out of shift. What a very nice resolution.

Expensive with very limited collection. Seems like the owner is just clearing the stock and closing the business. No proper categorization of items and everything is a mixed.

They have amazing products and its a fantastic shooping center.

Super super super cheap, i got eyelashes from there with 2.60 dhs and surprisingly they were really good and soft, you can find so many things with very cheap prices.you find almost anything you need there, and most of the items are cheaper than anywhere else, very recommended

Its actually great for cheap stuff, I can guarantee that it has what youre looking for.... But I cant guarantee that youll find it. The store is just too messy, yes I understand that it HAS to be that way to fit as many items, but come on ! Cant you do a little better ? The phone accessories are just infront of the cash register, so youll constantly bump into people. The cash register speed is OK, nothing to write home about....I do recommend that you go to the store, as long as you expect to be there a while...And please dont buy uncertified electronics, as Ive found some wall adapters and extensions that didnt have the Emirates certification logo.
