Dr. Navid was rude when i told him i made a complaint about the waiting time he acted bitter and vengeful! And when he checked my infected gum said that i dont have any idea about your problem and prescribed nothing as a cure. Im disappointed and offended by the disrespectful and uncaring attitude. I should have made a written complaint about him to the ministry of health.

My experience was really bad i agree mycase requires alot if work but the cimmunication with the dentist was awful she lacks experience dealing with chstomers, rude and wouldnt allow you to express your concerns on top of that her recommendation was totally different then the surgent and when i requested to change for next appointment to the surgent no one really called back , i wouldnt trust as such experience i had

Are worse in taking appointments compared to the second clinics.The best estimate of the patient in taking appointments means any day suits him.I asked for a date on Sunday and the day arrived and they told me the one who followed him.

Orthodontic treatment is bad The doctor does not give you any choice and does not explain to you the condition of your teeth and what exactly you need, and she cut my gum bridle that affected my face and curved a deformed gum, on my way to file a complaint
