I’m not able to make an appointment because no one picks up the phone! I just called 4 times within half an hour. There are many dental clinics around, I’m sure some new clients would not try you more than once. What a shame. (I’m sure doctors are great. I rate 1 star for managers to notice this review and do something about their receptionists)

Dr Rana Aburashed did an excellent job with my children. It was the first visit to the dentist for both of my toddlers and she left a great impression in their minds of how to care for their teeth. Not only was she pleasant, comforting and great at making the kids want to get their teeth checked - she educated them on good hygiene habits. They can not wait until their next appointment. Thank you Dr Rana!

Excellent experience with the orthodontist Dr Roelien and Dr Mohamad the general dentist. I highly recommend them.

Probably like almost every human being, I’ve a little fear of dentists, but this is a wonderful Dental Clinic, and my experience has been really good, so far.Dr. Gun is very professional and helpful and Nicole is #1. Best cleaning session ever 👍🏻😊. I’m definitely coming back.

The best clean I ever had ! Was with the Canadian hygienist. Then had an examination with Dr Gun and she was very professional and gave me options for improving my smile without being pushy. Will definitely come back again!

Great hygienist and probably doctors (have not seen one yet), however, it is very unfortunate that they have the worst receptionists!! And even more sad that despite peoples’ complains, nothing has been done about this. One can never get through via phone to talk to someone, and if you do, you get the most incompetent staff...trying to make an appointment is absolutely horrendous...they have no idea when doctors or the hygienist work, or takes them forever; more importantly they do not listen to the customer/patients requests or concerns and have no phone etiquette! Very sad and unfortunate...

I’ve been trying to find a good dental clinic for my periodical cleanings since I moved to the UAE.After trying a few both in Dubai and Abu Dhabi I finally found Nicole at Sno Clinics. The best hygienist I’ve ever been to.She is very knowledgeable, polite, patient and professional.I will definitely recommend her to my friends and whoever is looking for a good hygienist.Thank you again, Nicole!My teeth look and feel amazing now. Best dental clinics in the UAE. Brand new equipment and most professional and friendly staff. Will take the time to examine you thoroughly, tell you honestly what needs to be done - and what DOESNT. This branch is conveniently located in beautiful Yas Mall, there is another downtown.

I had a very bad experience with this place and is not about the doctors there is about the ones in charge with appointments.They managed to schedule me to 2 doctors hardly 3 weeks later for a problem that I have.Then they called me few days before to tell me that only one doctor will be able to see me. I was not happy because I live in Dubai and is not easy to drive all the time to Yas.Then the receptionist she said I will call you back which she didn t.Later ,after our conversation I ve got a confirmation(message)for my appointment. I came on the day with my appointment and no appointment actually and not able to see me.The next possible time for a visit was in other 3 weeks.I ve waited there for an 1h where nobody gave me any information about the status of my visit and after that they told me to wait if someone will be no show the doctor can see me. Seriously???I m very very very disappointed with the ones in charged of appointments because I came with a problem not for a check up and was not my problem that they messed up everything.

I don’t usually write bad reviews but this experience must be shared, This is by far the worst experience of my life.I was happy to find some dental clinic in yas mall its near where i leave ,so i went there to see the doctor for check up it was soo hard for me to get the appointment in the first place or even answer ur call... i managed to get an appointment on the1st of july at 1330 after soo many times of trying for cleaning , so they call you one day before for confirmation,i confirmed. The day of the treatment the lady kept calling in the morning AGAIN for confirmation and AGAIN that I should change the appointment to 13:00LT and I agreed to it simply because she was calling again n again and thought she dhould be really desperate!!!So i reach there at 13:15because is not easy to find the parking, their clinic is kind of headen in the mall, finally when i made it there, the receptionist said that I lost my appointment because I’m late ... I was like , you couldn’t call? To tell me this instead of me driving all the way trying to find the right parking ... rescheduling my stuff, you just canceled my appointment!!!when actually my original one was at 13:30? So they keep calling you to change your appointment that you have made daaays ago and when you agree to do them a favor, they don’t even bother themselves to pick up the phone and tell u not to come !!!

Sherry is a wonderful hygienist. She is very kind and gentle. Your teeth are amazingly clean when she is done. I had a problem with a filling that she noted during my cleaning and was able to get me into see Dr Turmor immediatly. Dr Turmor was wonderful.

Missed my appointment due to their strict timing policy, which they dont inform you about upon booking, the receptionists dont know how to explain the location for those who driving, so I was circling around Yas Mall in order to find the right parking location, and the location of the clinic in the mall just wasted my time, driving for 30 mins all the way from my house.

Unreliable front desk. I asked for a consultation appointment. Promised to call me back. I called again after 2 days, they didn’t even have my name and mobile number that I gave them.
