Pretty much dont have a clue. Happy to arrange diagnostics but dont have much time for patients. Was given 2 conflicting possibilities from 2 different Neurologists in 2 weeks. Not a great use of my time.

I wish just clinics and hospitals check on their receptionists hiring. First of all it is impossible to find an appointment which means probably it is a good center. But the fact is the receptionist was so rude, not in the mood to talk, and didn’t understand whatever I was saying. I ended up of course without any result and never visited them again. Now this is a psychiatrist center, where doctors “SUPPOSE” to have close monitoring of their patients. So you visit them once with really bad emotional situation and you don’t come back cuz of the lovely professional receptionist. Is not that the duty of the doctor to check what happened to his/ her patient? What that emotional stress or situation lead to? So the patient vanishes and the doctor doesn’t even bother to know what happened.Also the parking their is horrible. Expect to park far or give it to valet Parking and expect a scratch back. Something to accommodate more your emotional stress.

This review is about Dr. Najwan Al-Roubaiy.I’ve been his patient for years now and highly recommend him. I’ve seen many psychiatrists, but he was the only psychologist who really understood me and helped me become a better person, without pressure. I also never felt pressured or rushed in the process as he has enormous patience and let me figure things out at my own pace.I highly recommend him and wish him all the best.

Dr. Najwan saved my life numerous times.I wasted over 20k on awful doctors until I visited his clinic.4 years later, he has helped build the mindset that took me from a homeless broken man into a business owner, am part of a JV and I published my book. I even visited him when I didnt know how to handle success and he still gave me the best advice on how to handle things.He evolved my mindset. He taught me a lot of things. He actually listens when you share something with him and sets the advice accordingly. Incredibly smart and kind. Amazing clinic, well staffed with great treatments from the moment you walk in to the moment you walk out. Amazing doctors, after years, I finally am being treated by Dr. Najwan. out of experience, the best Dr. I had that is well versed with psychology and treatment, Ive been finally making improvements. Honestly, until I met Dr. Najwan, no doctor was able to treat my issue, he is well versed in psychology in many ways, knows when its best. Under his guidance Ive come a long way from what I used to be, how I lived my daily life, and everyone around me can tell how much Dr. Najwan has been able to help. I will continue to attend my weekly sessions with him for as long as it takes, its a blessing to find a great doctor and to finally get better.

Customer service on the phone is great, the nurses i encountered are useless and there is zero follow up claiming that they couldnt reach me via phone. though I was the one who agreed on the date and time. This isnt the first time. Please revisit your follow up protocol.I am writing this now coz i was expecting a link to a zoom meeting with the dr. No email as usual. It would be great putting the patient as priority and use technology at its best- after all there is something called accept an invite or reject it...

I wish I can give ZERO stars for this clinic. Now its my 3rd visit and I had to wait 30 minutes to get into the doctor. Someone else have taken my appointment time without informing the reciption as easy as normal. I asked them and they said it depends on the doctor visit time with patient, it might take longer than 30 min. Also unfortunately the doctor was not that helpful. He mostly depends on medications rather than consultancy . Also every visit he asked me to take have extra pill per day ( now I have to take 3 pills which is not normal). I previously called the clinic and asked them to connect with the doctor and they said will connect me to the doctor shortly and that did not happen. I actually dont recommend this clinic to anyone.

Best clinic for psychiatry and psychology.

This review is about Dr. Najwan Al-Roubaiy. I’ve been wanting to write this review ages ago but i was waiting for the right time, the time i truly felt happy and mentally healthy. I have been suffering with mental health for the past 8 years of my life. As time passed things just kept on getting worse, i have been to a lot of different doctors, tried different kinds of psychotherapy, always felt a slight improvement, but never actually felt i was even close to recovery. I finally saw Dr. Najwan 2 years ago, and i can confidently say that he is one of the most knowledgeable and professional doctors in his field. After seeing Dr. Najwan for a couple of times he was able to figure out what was exactly going on, and started me on the road to recovery. For me the thing that made a big difference in the treatment was that you feel he is fully engaged when trying to explain something to you, or trying to explain for you what you are going through, he goes that extra mile in his talking, he perfectly gets the message across. After a lot of therapy i can tell you it takes an effort for a therapist to do that. I never felt rushed or unheard, never felt hanging or dissatisfied, and most importantly didn’t feel that it was just another session, every session counted and every session lifted me up further, thanks to his effort. For all the folks out there suffering, do not give up, there is always light in the end!!!

Honestly as everyone stated as well, they have no respect for appointments.... I had an appointment at 11:30 and came on time (15 mins before the appointment) and they replied that once I was asking about my 11:30 appointment at 11:45 they replied that 10:30 is still inside and there is another patient still waiting and they said I might have to wait.... I respect appointments as a gesture of respect ... So if the doctor doesnt show respect to my time ... I dont recommend coming here at all ....

Terrible place!!! After taking proper appointment and coming 15 mins prior to that, it took almost an hour for registration. It is already 40 mins passed from our appointment.First time I have seen two people walking without mask in a hospital: No clue what’s going on.

Before I made an appointment, I prayed to God to send me to a doctor that will help me to regain control of my life and He did. He sent me to Doctor Hussein Omar. He’s well- versed in this field and very accommodating. Less than 2 months under his care, I have already regained control of my life. Thank you so much Doctor Hussein Omar for helping me in this battle. May God continue to bless you with good health, wisdom and knowledge to be able to help more people. One advice that I could give to someone who’s going through this, is to “ Lift everything to God, trust Him, trust your doctor and help yourself. Claim it and it will happen”. Stay positive guys. I am an American teacher who has been a regular patient at the center for the past year under the care of Dr. Hussein Omar. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and attentive. I would highly recommend The American Center for Phsychiatry. Booking an appointment there is probably the best decisions I’ve made for myself. I’m currently one of Dr. Hussein Omar’s patients and couldn’t recommend him enough! He is professional, knowledgable, and very attentive. Ridiculously incompetent. I came into this clinic in November of 2018 and was told there is no solution to my case. I left crying like crazy, feeling suicidal and disoriented. Looking back I see my thinking was impaired from all the pills I was put on.Unprofessional psychiatrists will be quick to label you after a 5 minute conversation and experiment by throwing a bunch of pills your way. My advice is: if something makes you feel off, it pays off to be wary of what a psychiatrist with a shiny certificate has to say.My problem was literally caused by the medication. Furthermore, I paid 890 Dhs for a bad 5 minute consultation.I strongly would not recommend this place.Oh yeah: the doctors are all Arab. So the name is a nice marketing catch.

I have been following up with dr hussien omar for eating disorder.. he was able to discover the root causes of it, and tackled a lot of self destroying habits i had (for example : guilt, and impaired self worth). It was an amazing experience where I started to feel what the word “relaxed” mean. Furthermore .. he was realy a caring physician :)

I once waited 43 minutes past my schedule appointment and that was because they schedule patients 10 minutes apart (2:20, 2:30, and mine at 2:40). They clearly want to maximize profit.My insurance doesnt fully cover psychiatry so I pay 450 dirhams on each visit for a 5-10 minute talk and he just prescribes medication and doesnt seem to care about my mental situation.When I first opened a file, they requested my email address and promised will only be used for sending medical records. A month later I received promotional materials. Liars.Parking is a nightmare. I usually park in the neighborhood behind the center but takes me 5 minutes to walk in the sun.I wont come here again.

Worst place to go for help by a bunch of stuck up people that think having a paper they graduated from medical school means they are doctors. They are hypocrites to the owth they swore to always heal. I got a seizure waitin for my doctor appointment in their so called medixal center and instead of helping me they just waited for ambulanceSo the so called best neurology and psychiatry center in abu dhabi couldnt help a person with a seizure or epilepsy and instead they black listed me closed my account even though Ive been seeing doctor Tawfik for long time and they never even told me they blacklisted me or the reason why but they kept the money I payed them for the appointment. I found out I am blacklisted one year later when I went to see a psychiatrist at 8 am and was almost kicked out Coz I dared have a seizure on their lobby ... And ruin their reputation or WHATEVER. WORST HUMANS EVER....these are not healers .. Not doctors .. They are hypocrites business men pretending to be doctors..I found much better alternatives .. Save ur time and money go see a real American or European doctor that believe in healing not fake American Arab Indian doctors.... That are in this for the money ONLY.NOT ONE real American or western doctor...thats their first marketing scam . To get u in the door ... Yalla bye ..Update: to whoever replied from the clinic. I booked appointment for my son and the reason that i mark em down is the customer serviceI wasn’t told about the carparks and where is their location !! No respect for appointments. Everytime I take an appointment at this place I would wait for at least 30 - 40 mins, after my appointment to be admitted. This is a major issue especially for working people. Patients are not informed of delays and are left to wait as though it is the norm.

They dont even have MAO inhibitors. I wasted my money and time at ACPN.

Bad bad and very bad place , , but the funny part in case of emergency you can’t reach the doctor who follow up your case and even in center they don’t have his mobile number , we waited there 2 hours in American neurology center just because the American center receptionist trying to reach the doctor because they don’t believe in emergency , but they given me 6 different medicine and every time they charging me 450dhs if am going to see the doctor 1 mint only , bad place if you have other choice go there , They don’t care about anything except let you pay every time you come in it’s a like supermarket, i follow up there only because of one the doctor, medication not covered I pay cash I pay in my own ,,I can’t afford all in one time ,in case want to split ,for twice every time they refuse to give me unless I pay for a description charge ,just to get my medication witch cost only 4600 every month from they own pharmacy with no other place have same supply of medication what’s doctors there advise, baaaaad and 1 star u don’t deserve 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
