Judging by how rude the receptionist staff are both times I called, I would not be inclined to spend any money in this establishment. Very abrupt and just passing me off to other receptionists because seemingly nobody can be bothered to answer inquiries. Bad customer service.

Although the products and service is good. I am very disappointed in the value for money aspect. I had to purchase 2 facials in order to drop the price to 1100 dhs per session ( 1 hour) which is too excessive. I requested for the owner to get in touch for further feedback, no one did call.

Horrible. They don’t follow cleanliness protocol, I have been to 3 different doctors, each is incompetent in different ways. Have had horrible results each time! Also tried a laser treatment there and the technician forgot how many swipes she did on each side, which resulted in uneven results. . . Dr. Kouros is the only decent Dr. there! Everything else is 👎.

Very expensive.. the masseuse spreads roamers and makes terrible family problems... They have a masseuse that makes herself a Dermatologist! I had to bring her a real doctor report to convince that I do not have any disease but she insist that I do have infection! I did another test with another hospital, because she accuse that I have a dangerous skin infection... but the final hospital test shows negative result. .. she makes herself a Dr. and she spread too much roamers !! And takes too much money!

I just called to make appointment and seems that service is horrible from the first impression first the lady who is answering dont even know whats mean brow lift and she is working in esthetic clinic which means lack of professionalism then i ask her to make 2 appointmenta with different dr as i have no time she told me we can not and she is so rude .after reading reviews about this place seems bad I decided to not even go there and look for another clinic.

Sh**ty plastic surgery department. Came only to remove the stitches from the nose, after getting plastic surgery done in different country, just to get 5 mins of sergeon time, who was assuring that everything is removed and by fact just chitchatting more. Paid 700 without discussion. After a week - noticed stitches are still coming out from my nose! Came AGAIN after I noticed them coming out to tell the clinic to remove whats left. Got no apologies from none of the staff. Philippina nurse was rude (again, so the first visit). She started to make excuses that the stitches are dissolvable. On my question how in the hell they will be dissolved if they are just hanging outside or if she thought the air would magically make the stitches to dissolve - the nurse just pitched me angrily with the instrument. I waited until she will finish and asked her to DOUBLE CHECK. - she just said “its done”. I told her that the stitches that they left caused me discomfort, because after the first visit I went to vacation which I couldnt even fully enjoy. I got no reply for that. And you know what, later, the same day, after washing my nose - there were MORE stitches in my right nostril left! Bottom line is - IF THEY CANT REMOVE THE STITCHES, HOW DO THEY PERFORM SURGERY? Think before undergo the surgery there.

Worst clinic

Well the place is very nice and organised.. the staff are great, friendly and very welcoming.. the reason I rate it as bad because they dont follow the infection control stander as any clinic should.. well I got a scalp infection with pustules and pus drainage with enlarged, swollen and painful lymph nodes after my second session of hair misotherapy at aesthetic polyclinic I had to start a heavy course of systemic antibiotic to clear my infection.. I am a physician my self and I definitely know how to take care of wound if you will call a micro injections as a wound and I am sure I got it from bad infection control standers because each injection site get swollen red and drained pus now I wonder did they changed the needed before they used it on me!! I do not recommend it to anyone even if every thing else is great but you dont want to catch an infection while you are trying to get a prettier hair of skin it does not worth it.. just stay away from them..

In addition to that, the doctor explained the procedure in the consultation was different and she was not in the clinic and they took time to call and wait for a response.

This was the last time I visited this branch and underwent a treatment with Dr. Koros, who seems to have insufficient knowledge of how to inject needles, highlight beauty and the appropriate places for injections.He also does not listen to the client and does not give an opportunity for discussion until he understands what the patient wants from him.In the beginning, Dr. Koros and the receptionist Hakim practiced the method of persuasion to deceive the client, until I was actually persuaded to do a filler for the cheek and lips.Although the result did not satisfy me from the beginning .. I was persuaded by them again to wait a while and return later in case the result is still not satisfactory to me.((On the basis of everything that pleases me, but it was empty talk .. until the full amount was taken for nothing))Indeed, another appointment was booked, and I went to Dr. Kouros to correct the needle injection errors ..
