I thought ADCB is the best bank in UAE . disopnmnet ATM working with out AC and light unpleasant customers service

I use the ADCB credit card for long years this time when card got expired unfortunately i was on vacation and following there was an entry ban by govt for some nationalities and i could not come back ... now bank was telling if you need the card you need to pay 78 AED .... very good service for long trusted customers getting from ADCB

The quality of ADCB customer service is getting decayed these days. A recent unfair incident made me saying this. The bank has billed 2 wrong money transactions in my statement and asked me to pay in order to avoid any interest. Although both the transactions were due to some technical error at the bank side, I am burdened to absorb the pain for a period of one month. It is pretty much like I was asked to finance the bank ironically. No person from the customer-care could help or support me to resolve in an effective manner even though I am Previllage account holder and has a personal relationship manager😐 sad part is, they closed the complaint ticket/case without my consent. Pretty much disappointed 😞

Usually I visitfor chq and cash deposit through Atm.

ADCB HQ at Electra/Zayed the first street with Selam.Easy location access,so many ATM machines,plenty of Parking slots.

The waiting is unbearable.. I sat seeing two employees just chit chatting for half an hour because one ticket holder didn’t attend to the counter. They kept the number showing on the light board and were chit chatting about men, cooking and fashion.. that is the ambition ADCB keeps talking about? Well done boys!

Bad experience, I have been one of the most great customer of ADCB. In have been paying my bills without any problem until when my company cut my salary. I submitted my company stamped letter to ADCB and I was told that until end of September , I can stop paying my monthly installment.However this is not the case, the bank has been all over threatening me , calling me everyday despite me telling them I have no money for my children food, my children school fees and rent for the house.. I even requested them if I can speak to their manager and express my situation but I was told it wasnt possible.Its so sad . Other bank agreed to postpone my installment until I get my full salary but this ADCB there is no human touch . Now I really do not know what to do. Only God can intervene

I am new to this banking accounts and working here. Someone recommended me to have an ADCB Hayyak account because they told me that it has no maintaining balance, nice to save through this bank. I tried register through their app but I cant go further because my cellphone number has account in ADCB to different person which Im completely not related to. I called their customer services, and told me around Saturday or Sunday that the problem will be fixed and told me that I can go directly to the ADCB. I tried to go here Saturday afternoon to clarify things and need not waiting. But the lady who entertained me was very snobbish and a little bit rude to me. I was polite and patient to her yet she just blew me off. Its not my fault that my cellphone number has previous owner which I am not related to. I know I dont have enough money, can she just treat me properly? Im just clarify and registering properly.

Salam street main branch of ADCB with all the transaction facilities available. A good customer service team is available for any queries and not like other branch (Beda Zayed) this branch could attend my queries in a much professional way.

They ran a campaign two years ago promising hundreds of thousands of touchpoints to those who would transfer their salary over to them for a full year. I did just that, waited for two years, called, emailed and during the course of this time, even opened a savings account in my wife’s name with them with all our savings in it. At the end I got nothing that was promised. I finally closed all my accounts and moved our money elsewhere. They charged me some 250 for going through all this.Sad thing is that I really liked them and their staff is awesome and highly professional but they lost my trust with this incident.

Very bad experience . I visited today around 9:30 and after many questions of security guard who was not able to understand my purpose of visit but finally he let me in, I got the token and waited almost 20-25 mins but no turn so left without anything :-(.Could be better.

Help me understand please... most people are working from 08:00 -3:00 pm. How am I suppose to do my banking business if your closing at 03:00?This is unpractical. I’m working hard during the week and can’t just take off to go to the bank.

A massive towering building that etches the street skyline. The building is a landmark.The building seats all the corporate offices and departments. The CEO of ADCB has his office here.The office spaces are plush and professional in appearance, with hues of red and white.

Despite having relationship managers ADCB still relies on paper trails and disjointed systems of banking which leaves you always having to chase up any process you have requested such as transfers or changing credit cards because often your application form is on someone’s desk at HQ waiting to be processed or approved a second time after it’s initial processing in the branch.ADCB is the furthest from dynamic you could possibly achieve and they need look closing at how wasteful their processes are which ultimately leave their customers inconvenienced far longer than modern banking systems would tolerate.

Good customer service. Location is in the middle of the city. Car parking is the big trouble in the morning time. They have 5 atm counters in the corporate office and all 5 machines are having cheque and cash deposit facility. Its really cool. Adcb service is also good. And Im adcb customer for past 4+ years.

This bank has the worst customer service and highly incompetent staff who cannot solve any of the customers grievances on time. Go for a better bank, If you dont want to be stuck in a situation with a card/account that does not work when you need it the most.

I went to electra branch to withdraw money and i had my id emirates, but due to some allergy i couldnt use the finger print, so the staff told me take permission from manager to use only the emrirates id since id ont have another id, i met who claimed to be manger her name ahlam, but she did not know what finger prints im talking about and when she checked with someone her name mano who i dont know who is she, they both told me to go home which was 30 minutes away and get another id and come back and get another id.how helpful you are adcb?? add to this how this manager spoke, sure i will not use your bank any more and i will find a bank that respect their client
