Everything is good organised here - starting from methods of communications - personal, phone, online and ending by clear instructions. The prices are very acceptable.The only thing, I hope, their offices would be renovated and upgraded soon

Extremely dismissive and disrespectful. A good example of a company that points to a technical policy term and then refuses to engage in good faith. A reminder - your policy holders are people...not just numbers on your balance sheet.

The professional cheaters,, declined my alternative treatment reimbursement amount of aed 5000 with out proper reason, before the payment i called their customer service and enquired about the reimbursement they told me every thing is done and with in 10 days amount will be credited in your bank. Nothing has come. at last i fallen in a big financial crisis because of this thieves and when i mailed them regarding the complaint am going to give to the insurance authority of Dubai they replied me go on that much they dont care us please dont go with them plssssss

Never Fall for their EBP Plan. None of them including their call centre know the correct network list. The one in the website is old and 80 percent of Clinic mentioned doesnt accept it.

I just bought private medical insurance Golden plan for me and my children and o see they’ll do everything not to pay a claim. I got flu and was treated in a clinic out of their network and they’re asking for lab and path tests?! You do tests for cold and flu?!!! Also my son had emergency procedure and they didn’t pay back. Will not renew with them

ADNIC is good for nothing company and dont know why Emirates NBD is tied up with them.I lost my job and as per credit shield policy I was supposed to get the credit card insurance claim. However this unorganized unethical people of ADNIC disapprove it saying I need to be on same Employer visa even after Termination. How is Stupidit possible to be on same Employer visa if Employer terminate us. people working their are stupids and making this strange rules at ADNIC.Public are cautioned not to take credit card from Emirates NBD which is linked to this unethical company.
