Be wary of Dr Syed and other members of the store. They seem more intent on milking the most out of you than anything else. I spent like an hour in there trying to get a simple replacement lens and they kept trying to upsell me. When I finally gave up they started throwing discounts at me that wasn’t there before. Buyer beware. Horrible experience.

Excellent service! The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I purchased my eyeglasses here but I had to move to Al Ain before having the chance to pick it up myself. I told them that Ill arrange a courier to send it to me and they agreed right away. However, there was a technical difficulty with the first courier and they promised to keep it safe for the mean time. After 3 weeks, with the help of Ms. Dhanya, I finally got my glasses shipped to me. Im very happy with their service!

Feels like they are after your wallet more than after your eyes. Nearly double the price of the replacement glasses just one year ago in another Rivoli, complaint and you get and instant 40% discount, really? Graduation was incorrect and a headache to get it fixed to the one the ophthalmologist advised... finally sorted, but not a great customer experience!
