Do not buy from them, waited for one month to fix something and turned out it’s a wait to get the price of parts only. Now I have to wait another to fix the machine. It’s ridiculous. Buyer be wary.

Although small improvements for leadtime of delivery. Anyhow I am happy to have Sedana Mussafah Abudhabi support.May success and other business more to come in future....

Very well organised hardware shop. Quality products. But lacks sales staff. Prices of products are also very expensive.

Previously I reviewed this company as having poor customer service . Since then I have discussed this with the management in the Abu Dhabi branch, and Osama and his team are extremely accommodating. This is my go to company now for automotive equipment for my business.

I took my vacuum in for service. Basically it needed the cord and electric unit replaced.They gave me it back with a “remaired inside” explination and the old cut up cord was not replaced (it had visible cuts) and the plug they used was used, discolored and not an official plug from the manufacturer.Badically they charged me official workshop prices for a neighborhood electrician job.The best part is the manager/supervisor agreed. So why wasnt it done right the first time?No one knows.He told me he will call me “when” its done.So I get to trek out to Musaffah again.Update:The service was done expertly with the assistance of the supervisor and he even refunded the amount paid. With his help the work was done as expected and in a timely manner.Which is good because I love Karcher products and will for sure be doing business with Sedana again.Update again:The plug just fell off less than a week after getting it back. I tried fixing it but it can be fixed. I even tried buying another plug but that didnt work. God only knows what they did to it. I threw it away and bought a new vacuum.HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY not recomended. This is what happens when there are monopolies on brands and their service.Karcher vacuumes are amazing... just make sure you are ready to never ever get any professional service if you need it.
