And thier sales team and management says they have nothing to do with it. As per their specifications it could withstand 40 tons and no more than 3 tons have passed the ramp and it just broke into peices also damaging the cabled laid inside it. Unfortunately our client was alain hospital and we will loose them because of arab suppliers. They charged 4000 dhs for this and the actual market price is just 600 dhs. The bills are artached in the images also the damahed product and the mails given to their company attached.And my wise suggestion to all never purchase any goods from this traders if you have any important project, else you can have fun time
